The store itself was nice however I observed the store clerk being extremely rude to customers. She acted putout at a request to get a shirt down for a customer. She was checking out the customers with absolutely no emotion. No smile, hello or thank you. The only thing she said to anyone in line at checkout was the price. She was very cold to all the customers. She also grabbed a small child by the arm making him cry. She actually told an adult with the child she was stupid. I've never seen anything like it. This was all within about 15 minutes. This store doesn't fit in with the Branson I've always known. The store owner needs to seriously reassess his choice of employees. Waited for almost 30 minutes after they were supposed to be “open” for them to unlock the doors and they were still locked and closed an hour past their open time. I knocked very loudly and called the store because the entire inside was lit up and appeared open, but never got an answer. I saw a store clerk behind the counter and they just ignored me. I love this store if you're looking for t-shirts at a reasonable price and he has all sizes up to 6x he's very helpful the stores clean I mean the prices are reasonable they have everything for for kids on up to people that wear 6X they got a little bit of everything I wish I could kind of more stuff it didn't say Branson on it but hey but I bought dresses and they had really cool shirts and shoes and pocketbooks and come and check your store out...
