Taco Bell — Restaurant in Branson

Worst taco bell ever,been there 4 times,never got my food righ the first 3 times i whent there,and have I told you they game cross contaminated Food the 4th time i when there yet??? Well,I spend like about 24 hours in bed,throwing up,sweating and with Diarrhea at the same time,I couldn't drive but I had to because i was felIing very,very bad, made it to the hospital, at 4am but it was closed that day for covid, ended up having to drive back home,I didn't die obviously, drove back home waiting to feel better,never got to feel better until after 22 hurs of feeling miserable, and I couldn't get proper proof of taco bell cross contaminated Food because the hospital was closed,I'm a very healthy young man,I go to the gym,workout 5 to 7 days a week ,im a professional boxer,and MMA fighter,so I never,,,,never never,,,,never never ever get sick, I love taco bell but I'm sure i will not go eat to that taco bell for a long ,long,long,long,long time, and omg eating cross contaminated Food!? That was a very very very bad experience...I don't wish it to anyone God...

Customer services was awful! We waited 20 mins before we went and asked about our food. They had obviously missed our order some how. With no apologies they started working on it which we had waited another 15 mins for it. I was ready to ask for refund, which another customer did because they gave thier food to someone in the drive in, because that person came back in to let them know they got the wrong order. But the only one to give a refund was the manager who had to come off the line to do the refund. So I knew it would take another 15 mins to get our refund. Then of course we didn't get all of our order when we finally got it. So another 10 mins! Again no thanks, sorry, come again...nothing! I can understand if they was very busy for the wait. But the drive thru was a little busy and only had a few customers in the store when we ordered. And they had employees that was litteraly standing around. We was from out of town and had a long drive home. Pretty bad when a local told us it's like that...

I have to give this place a great review because of their excellent service!

Firstly, I did not check any of the reviews of this location before ordering, my family and I got our order together (10+ people) and submitted it. We gave it about 20mins before driving there and the employees explained that they are backed up but they will work on our order ASAP! After waiting a little we were reassured that they were still working on it and they only had 2 people working. Now, after reading previous reviews about LOW staff, I just hope this reaches the Franchise level. These two individuals (a man & woman) were absolutely fantastic, they were working extremely hard for it just to be them and simultaneously working on others orders as well. The order was completely perfect and their performance was outstanding.

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE, give them the praise they deserve & work on the low staff issue, they deserve to not feel overwhelmed every...
