The staff were horrible. They never made eye contact and were disgruntled when asked about a restaurant location. She said “ I may work here, but I don’t know everything “ Also, posted website times for their breakfast was 6:30-10:30. NOPE! It closed at 9:30. Our room also was awful. The scariest thing was that there was a 3 inch gap at the bottom of the door! I placed the floppy ironing board on the floor across the door in case outsiders got any bright ideas with a hanger. The walls were paper thin and you could hear everything as if it were in the room. The bedding even poked me! There was a piece of melted plastic attached to the sheet and it scaled my arm while trying to sleep. I kept it and will post a pic if I can figure it out. Oh— and the WORST thing was the smell upon walking in!! OMG! It smelled like sour orange mixed with rancid vanilla attempting to cover up the mildew stench. Good gawd! It literally came home with us!!! I aired out my travel things for several days before washing, wiping and cleaning all of it. The door was also impossible to shut. You had to turn the handle and then slam the thing closed. When that happened, the partial board that makes up the door would crumble. Every. Time. Housekeeping didn’t even offer us a set of towels. I saw a tiny sign somewhere upon leaving that said if you want housekeeping, you have to ASK. Well, by the time we got back from the we’d we attended , there was no one around and they hadn’t been in the room (obviously) to clean or leave a fresh set of towels. Oh, and this was 200.00 bucks per night.

Check in at 1:30 am. Open the door to our room to a horrible odor of food and animal🤢🤮 One king size bed and I’m with my 17-year-old son. He said he would sleep on the sofa but as we walked across the room and looked at the sofa I said you’re not touching that sofa!! I did take a picture of it hoping that I could post it in this review, It looked like it had been pulled in off the street it was a red sofa with sweat and black dirt all over it! Needless to say we shared the king size bed, it’s 1:30 in the morning what are you gonna do?! We stayed 4 night 2 of those nights people in the room next to us we’re having parties until 1 and 2 in the morning. I did get up and walked down to the front desk and asked them to please end the party. It went on for about 45 minutes after that. If the room was clean I couldn’t tell, because of the foul smell of the sofa and the chipped paint on the walls the old gross faucet and drain in the bathroom. Don’t know if the TV worked, we only went in there to sleep! I can say I will never ever stay at this I hotel again and highly recommend that you don’t! BTW it was jut un $200 a night🤯

Hotel located at Buckley was OK. Parking was limited but free, first come basis although other parking located nearby. Room size good but bathroom very ECONOmical - half of me in bathroom half in bedroom for drying. W/e we were there was around 42C so A/C in room was good. Hotel location suffered from external noise late at night, early morning - vehicles from road, trash collection, delivery vehicles to surrounding stores. Nice pool and staff very attentive and helpful. Breakfast was grab n go - hotels in general need to have a rethink if they continue on this basis. Need more nutrition, less sweet (cinnamon bun empty pack) and include water or alternative drink. In room coffee machine was good but need a rethink on coffee bags provided.

My partner and I booked a stay for one night, there was a concert in town and we didn’t want to drive such a long drive home post concert. We booked in advance knowing hotel rooms would be tight near the venue. Check in time was 3 pm, we attempted to check in at 4:20. We were told our room was basically under construction and that the shower would not be function-able until the morning, and a heater would have to be full blast in the bathroom to dry whatever was repaired. This was not ideal, and since we are paying for a room we expect the room to have the basic amenities like showering. We asked for another room, and was told no due to reservations. We decided to try and make do because there was no other options in the area due to the event. The front desk worker said they would remove the heater from the room in an hour or so. We decided to drop our stuff off and head to the concert. 5 hours later we returned to the heater still on full blast; the room was like a sauna. It was so hot, and the repair person did not turn on any fans in the room so it was full of fumes from whatever was repaired. The shower is what looked like had possible been repaired, but looked half done. The fumes and heat were so bad we ended up decided to drive three hours home and check out prior to staying the night. It was a poor experience, and although I understand repairs are needed, a courtesy call would have been nice (they said they have been working on it all day) to try and give us time to find a plan B. We got a small discount but at this point, after not using the room, I hope the hotel reaches out (as I can’t find a email to contact them) to refund us. As it was a poor experience and I am pretty sure a health and safety hazard to have us...

Don't trust the making a reservation at this place. I made a reservation 2 months in advance. I even called the morning we left and told them what time I'd be there. I showed up and was told they didn't have my reservation. I told her I even called that morning and talked to the front desk to confirm. The tweeker rude rude. Made a phone call the morning lady right in front of me and asked her if she talked to me..And lady walked in behind me and had the same problem. Was treated very rude by the tweeker sore lady working the desk. Go somewhere else don't trust making a reservation here what so ever. I had like an hour to get to the concert. But the dump down the street at least had a friendly staff and got us in quickly. Don't go here you have been warned. You might not be as lucky to find another place because the concerts fill up the motels. I've never been so embarrassed in front of my family my whole life. One of the worst experiences I've ever dealt with as a father to have to explain to my kid we didn't have a place to stay after driving hours to be there. And rude staff made the whole experience even worse didn't even offer to help find another place with a room. Thank God my wife was clear headed and got right on her phone found another room before we missed the concert. Update over a year later and all I got was a call from owner mad because I called her out on the bad service and tweaker staff running the place. She was mad about a bad review and the truth. No we a sorry for booking the room for more money because a concert and no holding our reservation. Isn't that why we make a...
