DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL SAVE YOUR MONEY!!!!! I rented the jacuzzi suite for a romantic getaway for $420 the hotel delayed our checkin by 30mins to clean. I honestly dont know what was being cleaned. It was anything but romantic. If i could give the cleanliness a negative score I would. Garbage piled up high in the corners of the elevator (food wrappers, old food, dirt) That have appeared to have been there for awhile. The 3rd floor was a nightmare. Upon exiting the elevator you're greeted with the pungent smell of mold, stained sticky floors, long overdue for a cleaning and garbage everywhere in fact the garbage remained where it was from checkin to check out. There were people sleeping in the hallways, kids running the halls banging on doors until 3am (don't expect to sleep) More concerning was the hvac intake dripping black mold next to our door. The room fit the rest of the 3rd floor, The tub was broken a homemade seal protruding from The facet handle, the drain wouldn't retain water. The tub was sticky with something pink and covered in hair. The drawers next to the bed also overlooked full of weed shake, ashes and you guessed it more hair. Only one clearly overworked desk attendant never seen another employee. I'm really perplexed how this place has gotten so many decent reviews considering it takes some time to let something fall this far into disrepair. Do not be fooled by the reviews! I spent $420 for one night at this hotel and feel like charging that amount for what we received should be criminal. In closing if you're looking for an overpriced sleepless night in a dirty hotel with black mold this is the stay for you. Pictures included.

My review of one star is solely based on a beautiful living creature named Simba living in a desolate cage without anything in his cage that would be required for him to thrive. Where are the toys and different types of perches? Where are his chew toys? Where is the paper for him to shred and play with? Mental stimulation African greys need at least an hour of daily enrichment, such as games, puzzles, and lessons. They also need lots of opportunities to interact with their owners and learn new words and tricks. Exercise African greys need 2–3 hours of daily exercise and time outside of their cage to build muscle and prevent obesity. Diet A varied diet that includes a complete or pelleted food as the base, plus vegetables, fruits, nuts, seeds, and other treats. Temperature The room temperature should be average, not exceeding 80°F. Avoid placing the cage in drafty areas or in direct sunlight. Cage accessories Include perches of different materials and sizes, bedding, toys, bowls, and a bird bath. Avoid sandpaper perches, which can be too abrasive for their feet. Safety Keep the cage out of the kitchen, where cooking fumes could be fatal. When your bird is out of its cage, supervise it and restrict it to safe rooms. African greys are sensitive and can be easily stressed. They may become depressed and self-mutilate if they don't get enough interaction and training. Simba I hope you get the proper care you deserve to thrive and be a happy bird.

The worst Best Western I have ever attempted to stay at. I say attempted because though I paid the close to 150$ for a room, my wife and I ended up leaving only an hour after check in. Unfortunately for us, it was too late for a refund. To start, the general area of which the hotel is located is a bit sketchy. The parking lot is tight, (good luck if you have anything in tow.) I asked about lot security, and was assured that they have a surveillance and security guard posted to the lot. This made me feel somewhat less safe though, just by the fact that they would be needed at all. The room itself was nothing like the photos online, to say that the furnishings are dated is putting it lightly. The wallpaper inside the room was coming loose. The beds are uncomfortable, old, and sink in the middle. The linens look like they were purchased in the 80s and feel like they've been worn down over thousands of uses and washes. When we first arrived- we were told that the 2nd floor hall, where our room was located off of, was "under construction." I get having to do refurbishments, but this project looked like it had been going on for some time with no end in sight. Our AC unit was noisy and underpowered. After reading other reviews on google, I decided to check the beds for bugs, I was unable to find any but that might only be because I stopped looking after finding a multitude of what I assume to be previous guests hair under the sheet where the pillows lay. Completely grossed out at this point at the lack of care for the room. I opened up my laptop to try and find other establishments in the area to spend my night. The wifi was at a snail's pace. This was not surprising, but was the final nail in the coffin. The front desk receptionist was kind in accepting our keys back, and promised to pass our concerns to the manager. But honestly, looking at their reviews and now experiencing it for myself, I doubt that it would do any good, they already have my money, and I doubt management cares. If someone from the hotel does happen to see this. I hope that they do take these concerns to heart and improve the facility, and not just to write a vague response and ask for direct contact from me. Overall just a painful experience after traveling. If you are looking for a place to kick up your feet after a long drive, or rest your head,...

If I could give this less than one star, I would. We had a few friends staying here this past weekend, and we went to use the bathroom in their room since it was very late not a lot of places were open, and we planned to leave afterward back to the bars. We received a phone call as we got up to the room asking us to leave if we did not have a room, which was fine, as we did have a big group and it was late (about 1 am). As we were getting ready to head down (using the bathroom and such), the room received another phone call and a staff member came up. My husband and I proceeded to head down ahead of the others to wait in the lobby. As we came down, we heard the lady at the desk, Lisa, made a comment "I'll charge the card, I don't give a sh*" We ignored it, and sat in the lobby chairs. Not even a minute later, Lisa had asked us if we had a room rented. We informed her that we did not, but that we were waiting for our friends to come down. She then told us we needed to wait outside in the 30 weather since we were loitering if we did not have a room. We complied, but my husband asked her what her name was before leaving. When she told us, we started walking out, and we heard her make the comment "have fun complaining." My husband asked her to repeat herself, and she said very sarcastically, "Have fun complaining." When my husband had mentioned the swearing in front of a potential customer, she had told him "Have fun saying that" after denying it. We then found out from our friends that came down a bit later that she was talking about us to another employee in front of them saying my husband was being threatening and swearing at her. Needless to say, I will never be staying in this hotel since, cheap or expensive, we have never been treated by a service professional...
