$200 a night is ridiculous price for the single king bed, smallish room accommodations! The room was functionally clean but not spotless. The iron and coffee pot were both broken. They gave us a replacement iron but no coffee pot. The front desk was always 🐌 slow to answer phone calls.

We were in a hanicapped room but the handicapped parking was not close to the room!

Do yourself a favor and eat breakfast in the regular Perkins restaurant and don't depend on the "free" continental breakfast. Perkins food is good and nicely appointed with reasonably good service. They don't even have paper and pen available in the room to leave a note. We stayed for two nights and housekeeping didn't even pop in to empty the tiny single trashcan. I now wish I had taken photos. The room air conditioner probably needs to be serviced or replaced.

The rooms are well lighted with many adjustable lamps, small fridge, microwave, coffee pot, iron, ironing board. The handicapped bathroom had double shower heads with good water volume and pressure and a nice chair but no bathtub. Functional grab bars and a phone in the bathroom. There was not the usual tiny shampoo & hair conditioner but they do give you a teeny tiny mini soap bar. The box of Kleenex in the wall was totally empty upon arrival and departure!

Do yourself and your wallet a favor and look for rooms elsewhere first. The price was more than double what the room should have cost! I suggest they find a new manager and most of these problems would be self-correcting very quickly! The public walkways and parking lots need cleaning. There aren't any "smoking rooms" available at all. Not being harsh,...

Relative to other Best Westerns, this one felt lacking. Despite it's higher reviews, I wonder if that's because the other local hotels aren't better options. The entrance is grand and luxurious appearing, but the rooms themselves are very "motel-esque", with adjoining rooms and poor sound deadening. Despite my neighbors not seemingly exceptionally loud, I was able to hear them through the night, and very clearly able to hear person as they walk along the outside balcony. Rooming is also not done through a lobby unless you're a suite, and the rest of the rooms open to the outside. Pool was closed, jacuzzi was open. Breakfast was good, employees are polite, though during check-in there was only one person at the front counter while there was a backup of 5-6 guests. We saw several employees wander through the lobby, look at the poor girl getting flustered, and walk away. One senior employee went out of her way to find someone else to help, and did not attempt to assist herself. Overall the issues stem from the physical construction and lack of initiative. I also watched the cleaning lady push a trash can over a piece of trash and just keep...

I basically feel like I have lived at this property for the past two weeks with Baseball Tournaments going on in Burley. It feels like my home away from home in every comfort of the sentence. The front desk staff starting with Jaeden (sp? sorry!) was friendly, accommodating & made us feel welcomed. We had to edit reservations, add reservations and the whole team was nice every step of the way. I feel like we made friends with all the staff! The house keepers were very sweet & pleasant, and "Chicago" Matt, The Security Guard was also great. We made friends with him, as we were coming back to the property late most evenings, and he made us feel very safe! The grounds are BEAUTIFUL. The courtyard is like a little oasis with live music in the evenings and a pool to die for. It's always clean & it's huge! The rooms are simple, but the beds are comfy & that's all that really matters! I'm just here to crash after long days of Baseball Tournaments!! Great job BW! Thank you for making our travel so enjoyable!

The hotel is older and a bit run down. Room was clean and bed and facilities functional if out of date. The shower head was difficult to turn on and off! Never run into that before! I was very unhappy that I was given a handicapped room, and when I asked for another room, staff then claimed it wasn't a handicapped room; and also told me to park in the handicapped parking space!!!! Fortunately I did not; and several folks with appropriate ID did throughout the stay. I never got another room and am seeking compensation from Best Western for the stress and pain in my back from the low fixtures. I would have moved elsewhere but this was for a conference, so I was stuck. The breakfast was fine similar to Holiday Inn Express where I prefer to stay. Burley ID in general doesn't have a lot going for it. But the outlying mountains and desert are fascinating. If hot.

First the good: the hotel is easy to find right off the highway with lots of restaurants nearby, nicely updated lobby, well-maintained grounds, convenient parking, sheets and towels are clean and fairly new. The not-so-good: our reserved room wasn't ready when we arrived at 4:10pm (30 minute wait - not too terrible, but no fun at the end of a 12 hour drive), the room was disappointingly small, only a few surface renovations had been done, there were cobwebs and actual spiders in most of the corners, several flies buzzing around, and the floor was damp (ew?!) in spots. Maybe we were unlucky in our room assignment? I've certainly had worse hotel experiences, but usually BW+ delivers a higher standard.
