We were greeted immediately by the hostesses as soon as we walked in which was wonderful. We were given a table in minutes and the food was so good and diverse it made it worthwhile. Our server though was not so friendly or polite. She did not introduce herself nor welcomed us in just asked if we needed a booster seat. When we got settled in we were very confused as it was our first time in. When trying to order our server got very bitty and told us we are ONLY to order drinks first. Once ordering the drinks my man asked what kind of ale they had and she treated him like a kid and when asked what others they had besides ale she had very rude attitude and pointed to a menu clear on the other end of the table. When ordering our children food we had asked for the sides to be changed as we ordered the garlic fries as an appetizer. We ordered my son to have carrots and my daughter to have apples and us adults to just have our entree no side. When asking to switch the fries to apples she gave my man a very rude look and then asking for the menus to be handed back more then once as if we were to hurry faster. When we got our food we got it from three different servers non of which was ours and we got a crap ton of fries as a side on all our meals and did not get what was asked for. I then had to ask a different server (Bella) who was far more polite, helpful, and friendly then our original server. She helped us multiple times and made us feel welcomed. Our original server was only then polite once after we thanked Bella for her help. Bella was truly helpful and she’s definitely a gem. We thank Bella for making our time worthwhile and letting us consider coming back in. I wish they would have let us tip her using visa, they didn’t since she wasn’t our original server but she definitely...
Read moreSo we knew from the beginning that they’re gonna be busy, seeing how they just opened a couple days before; and this was their first weekend operation. So we proactively called in ahead, and was told if you have a party if 8 you can set a reservation, other than that you’ll have to wait. And at the time we called on Saturday around 4:30, the wait time was 10-15 min. which is great! But we got our family together and made a reservation. It took a little while for the waitress to get our drink orders, but as soon as they came out we made our food orders. And about 20mins later we got our food wich is actually great timing! And about the average amount of time. The food was REALLY GOOD! We especially enjoyed the wings, although one plate had simi-cold wings but was definitely cooked. We LOVED the Rosemary garlic fries, and cheese curds! 5 stars for those for sure! One family member and the kids had the chicken Alfredo, made with what looked like elbow noodles.. and was said to be bland/no flavor but the chicken was good. One family member had a Salman salad, and was said the Salman tasted old and fishy… but the rest of the salad was good. The price of dinner was good! About average or what’s to be expected for most restaurants now days. We went to Wayside Cafe for breakfast the same day and spent only $10 less than what we spent here! So yea, it’s about the same! Our overall experience was really good and we enjoyed being there. I loved having the corner booth table for our big family! :) We’ll definitely be coming back often! It’s about time Burley had a proper wing joint in town! To all the staff, thank you! You guys handled opening week very well in my...
Read moreI didn't really like the food I ordered the chicken bacon avocado sandwich which had no avocado and the rosemary garlic fries that were too greasy to enjoy. My mom had the cheeseburger and my dad had the BBQ wings. He said the wings were tasty and he liked them but my mom and I had stomach issues all night after eating here. The service was great and the atmosphere was nice. I liked that they brought popcorn to the table with the water. I will be going back to try one of the many beers they have on tap this summer when my brother and cousins are here for a visit and will try the wings. Edit 04/30/25 So my cousin and his wife went out to dinner here for date night and both have been sober for over 6 years and ordered non alcoholic drinks one a beer(non alcoholic) and a virgin mixed drink. The mixed one had alcohol in it and my cousin takes medication which if alcohol is consumed can make them extremely sick. They spent the rest of the night so sick. There was a person named Mariah that came to the table and laughed thinking it was funny that there was a mix up. The manager did come over and comped the meal but it was just a horrible experience for them. Maintaining sobriety can be challenging and for an employee to act like it was funny is not okay. We were considering having our annual cousin dinner here as it is a new place and they are all traveling from other states but after hearing about this we cannot in good conscience do that as we have quite a few non drinkers. Maybe next year we'll consider trying it after they've been open...
