1st & last time customer; to go order. Arrived ti.ely forgot k up as instructed. Waited 10 mins for service. Food was already cold & inedible at that time. Was fully inedible. Tossed it.
Over easy eggs had hard yolk.
Heavy butter sourdough toast was barley buttered, COLD w/a dish of butter included which was a useless.for cold toast.
Hashbrowns were raw in the middle & gravy lacked flavor, but wraw /hash rowns, it doesn't matter anyway.
Bacon is greasy w/coagulated grease under.it from being served cold.
Pretty sure this white water un a cup is nit whole milk, it's thoroughly gross.
I spent 14 hours looking forward to this meal ... and it was inedible.
I paid tax on fuel & car to acquire this meal, and it was inedible.
I paid the restaurants sale tax FOR THEM for an inedible product they SOLD TO ME.and had to toss it uneaten & still starving.
It's a to go order, so they can not "fix" it, not that I would ever send back food & then eat there again anyway, but ... perkins, You're welcome that I paid YOUR taxes for you.
This is why I Am touting to all ... No tipping ... now, absolutely NO TAX FREE TIPS! I paid multiple taxes just to acquire the inedible slop, plus their sales tax for absolutely no reason at all, I didn't sell anything, I was the...
Read moreWe are visiting from out of state. We were disappointed with the customer service from the moment we walked in. The only "greeting" we received was from a waitress hollering across the restaurant that someone would be with us in a minute. When our waitress came to our table the only words she spoke were "did you want drinks?" Then "are you ready to order?" When she brought our food out she seemed a bit annoyed, and didn't wait around long enough for us to ask for salad dressing or an extra straw. We were there on kids eat free night, which apparently has stipulations. There's a big sign that says "kids eat free", no mention of the fact that adults have to order certain meals in order for the kids to eat free, so be aware of that if you're hoping to save a few bucks. When we asked at the cash register if the kids did in fact eat free they were a bit rude, as though we should have just known that we didn't order the right adult meals. Then they said maybe one of your meals qualifies but we're not sure. So they didn't do it because they didn't know. The food was decent, just what I'd expect from a Perkins. The salad was fresh, the hot food was warm. Next time we visit family we'll probably just go across the...
Read moreI will admit I've loved the food each time we ate at Perkins. Staff is friendly yes though I'm not sure if they hired adults or teenagers. And honestly I don't know how soon I'll eat there again. Seems like more of a party than a job after hours though.
Awhile later, still a party. Their litterly paying their employees to dance around while some watch. But why aren't they in uniform? Their obviously employees as no one's allowed in after closing, and the cleaning they were doing wouldn't be done by anyone but employees.... Yea there's something fishy there. Of course I thought a couple wasn't supposed to work together.
Much later, even MORE of a party, the servers stick their bare hands into the salads and back behind they put their legs up on the counter, who knows what they're putting in the food, their even lying about guests finding it creepy for someone to sit in a car ON A MOBILE GAME UNTIL CLOSING TIME! this is because the manager knows I was going to start taking pictures of the blonde doing what she wasn't supposed to be doing! If you have someone you love take them out to eat elsewhere or cook at home, and if you REALLY love them, don't ruin your reputation by...
