I took my Mom in over Memorial Day weekend to purchase a new mattress. We were both very skeptical walking in the door, as we had planned to stop at 3 separate locations, this being our first. My Mom was worried that they'd take one look at her and chalk her up to "the old woman" and just try to sell her anything, as she's had that happen many times before at other places. However, that was not the case. We were warmly greeted by Jaime and after hearing what we were looking for, he took the time to show my Mom and I multiple options, using immense patience, as my Mom is extremely slow moving and fragile. A coworker, whose name I didn't catch, helped in locating a stool to help my Mom up onto the mattresses she was trying. Jaime stayed vigilant and focused on my Mom and her needs during our entire visit and got her exactly what she came in for, at a great deal I might add. Due to his amazing customer service and detailed information, my Mom happily made her purchase, feeling comfortable enough to not need to look any further. Her new mattress has since been delivered and she is very happy with her purchase. I would like to extend a big thank you to Jaime and the other two gentlemen working with him the day we came in. My review starts last Friday on the 8th of Nov. I called in the late afternoon, inquiring about a very specific bed. Steven was the gentlemen who answered the phone. Not only was he friendly, professional and personable, he answered my questions with quick, concise expertise and didn't sit there and ramble. He helped me understand the importance of buying on Amazon, or a 'bed in a box', vs what they have at Mattress Firm, along with their 4 month guarantee, as WELL as if the price of the mattress drops during those 4 months, they'll refund you an amount that equates to you getting the sale price so you don't feel like you're missing out. It's only once though, so be aware! Steven was also at this location, as employees are scheduled at both stores, and he was there to show me the bed I'd be asking for, Serta perfect sleeper, excellence, in plush. I laid on that one, and also another from the same line that was on sale right now for 900; which he had pointed out. He made some professional suggestions at my behest too to give us a better idea.

He also got me a 200$ off the bed for shopping with them, and the adjustable frame came with it(free!)! We got the bed in king, and Steven made sure we knew EVERYTHING we needed before we went out the door. So happy I got my mattress here, and not on Amazon. Charles was an amazing salesperson! He was patient and never pushy. He asked tons of questions to help us figure out what we DIDN'T want, which helped us narrow down and select the mattress we ended up with. My daughter and I came in to find an adjustable bed, as I have limited mobility in my legs, which makes getting in and out of bed very difficult. Charles and my daughter moved mattress after mattress to the frame that I selected to allow me to try each one. It seemed like we tried every mattress in the store, and Charles was never in a rush to get us out. He was so wonderful about making the experience as helpful as possible for me, and I cannot express how appreciative I am for his help and guidance.

Because we live in a small town, it is often very difficult to come across customer service that goes above and beyond just being moderately polite. Charles stands out in a big way around here, and it was so wonderful to find someone who is not only knowledgeable about what it his he does, but also so friendly and willing to share that knowledge to help us make the best decision we could. We would absolutely recommend anyone to check out this store for a mattress, especially if you have any special needs or just have lots of questions. And ask for Charles!
