Oh my this is one of the best Thai that we have had in northern Washington! It will now compete with our other nearby fav…
Two meals both absolutely delicious! First up, my husband’s massaman (sp?) curry was huge and came with a bowl of rice. He chose white rice. The bowl was packed with nicely cooked veggies and a ton of chicken! He also had a stick of cinnamon and star anise along with a couple of bay leaves to finish off it flavor profile. Setting those “extras” aside he dung into the dish with gusto! You would laugh if you saw the “after” photo as he could have licked the bowl for all you know 🤣.
I had the green curry veggie dish - no tofu, extra veggies! One of the things I appreciate about this place is that the “sauce” is not so thick you think you are having stew. It was rich in flavor and light/fluid in consistency for the curry sauce. I had plenty if my favor veggies and a new one - Thai eggplant! I am going to have to try that at home since it was so tasty! I too have a bowl of rice and also chose white, had an option for brown.
We both had options for level of heat for the this - mild, medium, or hot. He got medium and I go mild. Even mild has a nice heat level that didn’t make me start sweating. he on the other hand had medium and was dripping by the time he was done eating.
Water was our choice of beverage, although they offered a variety of options. Desert was also on the menu and we did not partake of that either.
HIGHLY...

The grilled chicken thigh, with its smoky embrace, elevates the dish to the sublime. Yet, it's the som tum, a vibrant medley of papaya, tomatoes, and green beans, seasoned with garlic, chili, and peanuts, bathed in fish sauce and sweet-lime, that truly captivates.
But the Green Chicken Curry here is a revelation, a verdant symphony of herbs and spices where the chicken, tender and aromatic, floats in a sauce of such depth, it could be mistaken for a magical elixir. The curry's balance of heat and herbal notes is a testament to culinary alchemy.
The service at Wipa's is a ballet of precision, each movement ensuring an experience seamless as the flow of the Chao Phraya. The presentation of each dish is an art form, where the arrangement of colors and textures could inspire verse. And the taste, a communion with the essence of Thai cuisine, transcends mere eating, becoming a cultural odyssey.
Here, dining is not just nourishment but an education in Thai gastronomy's rich tapestry, where every bite is a narrative of...
Read moreI’m super picky, self proclaimed food snob and a good cook. My husband have been trying different places trying to find the place we want to return. Unfortunately in our quest, we have not found that place UNTIL we found this place. We first came here with my adult daughter, we all loved our meals. My heart stand and returned about 3-4 weeks ago and again loved the food. We ate there again today, can they really deliver great food 3 times in a row? Yes they did… Lately my husband and I share a dish with double protein, and add a side of rice and their delicious peanut sauce. We order mild for me, and my husband gets a side of some heat for his dish. The people behind us liked the chili oil so much, they asked what kind it was so they could buy some. We decided to try a dessert for the first time, it was so delicious, the waitress suggested we try the one we ordered as it was her favorite, so amazingly delicious. I’m posting a picture of the dish we shared and of the dessert we had today. We got chicken with prawns as the protein. I definitely recommend this place, and I’m so happy...
