Bangkok Bistro Fine Thai Cuisine — Restaurant in Burlington

My boyfriend and I decided to go here for our date night before going to see The Last Jedi, and this is now one of our favorite restaurants of ALL TIME! We miss all of the restaurant choices we had in the bigger cities, but thanks to Bangkok Bistro - we know just where to go for some amazing Thai food, and an awesome experience in general. We ordered separate dishes to split, and went home with enough leftovers to each have a full meal the next day! We both have big appetites, so this was pretty surprising. We walked up to the take out window and ordered, the owner was super friendly and answered all of our questions. The food came out pretty dang quickly to the little seating area to the side as well, and we had everything there that we needed. The curry we got was 4/5 spice and didn't seem as hot as the 4/5 spiced noodles, so spice lovers should probably go for 5/5 is something is in a broth. Everything was hot and delicious, and the portions were really generous. We had lunch the next day too! The Thai iced tea and coffee were both really good too. Wow, what a hidden little gem. The purple paint makes this otherwise common looking building stand out. The atmosphere is very relaxed and comfortable. The staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful. Have a question on how something is prepared, they will tell you. Want to know what ingredients are use and where....or when they were procured, yeah that can tell you that too. My lady and I looked over the menu for a bit and settled on the red curry. Glad I was hungry after seeing the size of the bowl placed before me. Perfect level of spice, fresh and full of flavor. I chased my meal with a light beer imported from Thailand to end the perfect meal. Can't wait to go back and explore...
