It's not even a pizza parlor, it's a pizza EXPERIENCE. It's the most delicious food I've ever eaten in this life or any other. The staff was great, the soda was carbonated, and you could eat off the floors they were so inclined (I dropped my breadsticks on the ground and ate them! Didn't get sick!) I remember my second best food experience. It happened when I was twelve or thirteen, but it feels like the day before yesterday. I was in Paris, Texas with my family. My dad is a huge peanut lover and there's this legendary peanut stand on the highway, and we were going to go there. It was July and we were in Texas, so it was hotter than a boiling pot of tea. Anyways, I didn't want to go to the peanut stand, because my friend Jeff from school was allergic, and I had this weird thing about even being around peanuts because I watched him have a pretty bad reaction one time. I begged my mom not to go so my dad dropped us off at this burger place and he went on to get the peanuts. I'm not entirely sure I even loved the hamburger place all that much, I just remember being super hungry and it being extremely satisfying. Highly recommend if you're ever outside of...
Read moreThe pizza is the best in town. Good hand tossed dough, fair amount of sauce, cheese and toppings. The bread sticks aren't anything to write home about but aren't bad. I've never had an under/over cooked pizza. Also estimates for delivery/pickup times are usually pretty accurate. Cons: Good food paired with poor service. 1.Their website says they close at 9pm but have found on multiple occasions they close an hour(or more)earlier. Recently tried to place a delivery at 7:15pm and was told they weren't delivering(closing at 8). Multiple times I've had to remind the counter help about my 2 liter soda when picking up. Lack of attention to details. Their prices are on the high side but have never been disappointed with food quality. I think if they could work on their work ethics, such as always having delivery drivers available, not turning away business before posted closing times and paying attention to details they could be a 5 start pizza place.
Overall thoughts, pizza is always consistently good paired with people who don't want to make the extra effort for their customers make this...
Read moreIt's been at least 10 years since I have been here. I was in the neighborhood, so I dropped in for the lunch buffet. What followed was a sight for hungry eyes.
The first think I noticed were the employees. They looked like "bro" type fellas which, in my experience, could mean they would be too cool for courtesy and good customer service. I couldn't be more wrong in my assumption. Every employee engages with customers. Everyone was greeted with a smile and well wishes.
The service didn't end there. Food was continually prepared to ensure all items in the buffet was fresh. The pizza was piping hot fresh. The manager knew some of the customers and made sure to make their favorites available. Messes were cleaned promptly.
At least 4 styles of pizza were always available. Pepperoni, meat lovers, combo, cheese, Hawaiian, sausage and mushroom were all available during my visit. A full salad bar was also available.
The buffet included pizza, salad bar, soup, dessert pizza (mmmmm), and a drink for $9.75. Get there...
