It's relatively a very cheap hotel. Great for weekends and a place to stay if you want to check out Cabo Rojo and close touristic spots but not spend too much. As Hurricane Maria survivor hotel, yet it has some repairs in process. No wi-fi, the building appearance seems a little dull, they don't provide meals or options to buy inside the hotel but there are many options you could even go walking. They have a pool and rooms are pretty comfortable. No frigde or safe available though. Parking area available. But I would definitely stay again. The recepcionist was very nice. Es relativamente un hotel bien economico. Excelente para una escapadita de fin de semana o para quedarte si solo deseas turistear en el area local. Siendo un hotel que sobrevivio al Huracan Maria, es logico que aun a la fecha DIC 2018 tiene detalles por reparar. No cuenta con señal de wi-fi, la apariencia de la estructura se ve opaca, no proveen ninguna de las comidas ni cuentan con opciones donde puedas adquirir alimentos dentro de los predios del hotel. Si tienes muchas opciones que hasta caminando se puede llegar. Tiene piscina, area de estacionamiento y los cuartos son bastante comodo aunque NO cuentan con neverita ni caja fuerte. En general, a mi me gusto. Definitivamente volveria a quedarme. Ahhh... La recepcionista fue muy amable.

The place is stuck on 1985, rooms need remodeling, towels and sheets are so old. Staff are more professionalism, almost got ran over by one of them pulling in the driveway while I was walking into the lobby, she proceeded to park right in front of the entrance and blocked me and run into the office to sit and chat personal matters. Very rude and dismissive. NEVER AGAIN, rather sleep in the car next time.

Este hotel necesita una inversión monetaria rush. Se quedó en la década de los 80, todo es anticuado, las habitaciones con sus sábanas, mattres, almohadas,alfombras, TV, cortinas y juego de mesas, son desde que abrieron el hotel. El restaurante está cerrado hace mucho tiempo y no hay voluntad para arreglarlo y ponerlo a funcionar. Los alrededores necesitan mucho pero mucho cariño. La recepción da pena. Hay una sra. mayor de edad(no sé si es la dueña) que es muy amable y servicial, la vi lavando toallas y sábanas. Tiene una piscina de buen tamaño, agua caliente y está ubicado en un lugar cerca de restaurantes y un supermercado. Hubo un apagón a nivel de toda la Isla de PR y enseguida encendió el generador del hotel y todo el tiempo tuvo el servicio de electricidad. El precio por noche es módico, si estás buscando un lugar económico cerca de playas, restaurantes y para descansar, puede ser una alternativa.

Place is almost abandoned. Machinery laying around the pool and old abandoned restaurant. Hotel Add promised continental breakfast, NO BREAKFAST, no towels but 2. No bet sheets but 1, no comforter. Room looks beat up paint and wall paper pealing. No toiletries just 1 bar of soap 🧼 expired on 2016(have pictures) no microwave, no mini fridge, no hotel ice. Horrible place at night. (Next to an abandoned school building). No light on parking (scary) pool has no towels and can’t take the room towels to the pool. Pool closed at a ridicules 9pm. No security at hotel and strangers walking by. Rude Red hair old lady acting like asking for an extra towel was a crime. Horrible experience. A motel ( acuario) near by better and 1/4 the price. DO NOT PAY UNLESS YOU SEE...

As a Maria survivor Hotel Perichis opened there doors to many families. Yes they were running on a generator not cheap. They did suffer damages as well however they continued to keep there doors opened. We have been treated with kindness respect. Everyday I have clean towels great service and the staff works with a smile. Sure everybody has a bad day I'm guilty of that. But having lost everything has given me a new appreciation for the simplest things. I've traveled and stayed in five star hotels that have not treated me five star. Kudos to hotel Perichis...

We stayed here on Spring break 2016, There is a lot to do around the around area. As far as Perichi's go it's a nice place and close to the beach. I grew up in the town of Cabo Rojo and alot has changed. All in all the hotel wasn't expensive, the service was great and the rooms were clean. I will go back again to Perichi's it's tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the other side. There is also a pool for you to enjoy with restaurant and...
