A yearly tradition has come to an end after 15 years. My wife and I always come here for dinner with my parents while visiting from New Jersey. When we entered we waited to be seated for over 6-7 minutes, and the staff and servers just looked at us. There was only 3 tables occupied in the entrance area and 1 in the right dining area. My father finally asked an employee who had just entered the restaurant after delivering a curbside order, āare we getting attended or do we leaveā?! The staff member stopped and looked at us and said, āWell then you can leaveā!!! I was shocked of what we all just heard!!!!!! The male was very unprofessional and Iām sure the people there were also shocked of what he said. So needless to say this place will never have my recommendation to tourist ever again. After reading other reviews, I see this place has gone downhill in the past several months. Did they get new owners or manager that has no idea what heās doing? Never again El...

The man who took our order didn't seem to enjoy what he was doing. Ordered empanadillas de camarones to start. As soon as we took a bite we knew these were canned shrimp and were not deveined š¤¢š¤®. We were told the fish filet was fresh. The fish filet was not fresh. It lacked flavor and it was dry. Very unappetizing and disappointing. The sorrullitos were super greasy and cold. The 1 star is for the cheese balls. Other than that, we were extremely disappointed and will not be returning. There are other restaurants around the area worth visiting, I would skip this one. Review based on personal experience and items consumed during...

Not once did he come to our table to ask if everything was okay. I'm make sure I never make the trip there again, we ask for the owner the older gentleman who was always there when we went and they said he was old and retired. El Gatito good food,...
