I live here now. I was given an annual lease to sign and a termination of lease 5 days later. I was told by the office I was not owed an explanation, they refused to give me the name of someone to call for an explanation or options, and they hung up on me twice. Since that time, I have reached out to about 20 people at the company, including the CEO, and still no call back. The office treats the residents poorly and apparently the company does as well -- I am not alone in my experience.
An RV Park is supposed to have a sense of community. I was flat out told by the manager that the park was not my home and to go look for somewhere to go just like everyone else has to. I think they need a reminder that we pay their salaries, and have voices, and there is no place in hospitality for snarky, dismissive, sarcastic comments when someone has no where to go, especially post hurricane.
DO NOT move here or stay here. There are some lovely residents in the park for sure, but there are far safer, better places to put an RV within a mile, and you will be greeted by people who are kind and want to help you out, WAYYYY better amenities and no homeless people, criminals or crackheads walking around the park. Theft is a huge problem at this park fyi.
Btw: If Encore really cared, as your reply states, someone would have emailed or called me in the last month after my reaching out to park and corporate senior management a dozen times. I'm boycotting your parks. Do you really think luxury rvs are going to book this place with your low ratings, consistently bad reviews and unsafe, skanky grounds?! I can also tell you for certain the office staff doesn't have the white glove touch and customer service chops to be dealing with luxury rv owners. I suggest corporate do a surprise visit.

Treated me with no respect and the front desk lady ( Karen) was very unpleasant when I checked in .Also the maintenance man who always drove around on his golf cart all day and did nothing was not very guest service oriented either. And the other guest noticed the same unpleasant and terrible guest service skills the staff did not have. The staff also assumed I was always causing trouble which couldn't be further from the truth. I was one of the quietest guest they had there. And I always kept my RV clean inside and out..Bottom line is I was asked to leave because the staff assumed I was doing Some kind of disorderly conduct which I still don't know what that was about. I hate being accused of something I did not do. That's why you should never assume. You should have the facts first and be sure that person was doing what you accused them of, because it was pretty hurtful when the staff assumed I was being disorderly . When infact it was completely the opposite I was quite and kept to myself. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO MY WORST ENEMY!!!!! AND I WOULD LIKE TO TELL KAREN AT THE FRONT DESK!! Read moreSo as I read the reviews I come to the conclusion some people have nothing better to do than complain and use no common sense. If you read 8 months to 2 yrs ago reviews you see it says dirty , garbage all around , dilapidated trailers and so on if there not smart enough to figure out this part of the country was devastated by a hurricane that’s on them . As far as my review goes this is my 2nd year here after the beach was ravaged and the difference between this year and last year there’s no comparison. Most of dilapidated trailers are gone or cleaned up the new power is done and old stuff removed it looks 100% more together than last year. I also see complaints about the size of the lots obviously you haven’t been to very many campgrounds cause I personally have been in way tighter spots and I drive a 43’ class A. As far as the girls in office they have always treated us with respect BECAUSE we have always treated them with respect all I have to say is you get respect if you show respect and again I’ve seen enough people show zero respect and then cry on the reviews how they weren’t treated well.
