I recently went into target to return spoiled oranges and strawberries which were both clearly target products. I asked to exchange these two items in which I was answered with a “no” from a blonde tall gentlemen behind the counter. I think it’s absolutely ridiculous to not exchange fruits or vegetables and will no longer be shopping at target. To me it spoke volumes on how they care for their customers and overall experience. I think the man was rude and should not be a manager at all. Target lost a customer. I’ll go to Publix in which I know they treat their customers with the respect they deserve. The ladies there were super kind and explained what to expect moving forward in my search. Then, I decided that while I was there, I would check for Pokemon Cards for myself and my family. We haven't been able to find product in stores in months. Not old or new. Scalpers have completely ruined the hobby/game for us. Not only did I find some but the awesome, friendly lady at self checkout was sure to tell me about the limiting. While it's disheartening for people that haven't been able to find any in months..its absolutely reasonable, given the circumstances with awful people. The item was on sale on your website though your in-store price was higher. I mentioned this to your associate ans was told that you guys don’t price match Apple products from your website. That I must order online to get the desired sales price. This is just very silly to have a customer go out of their way to order something and have to wait on that item when a sale could be done right at that moment and you would have a happy customer.
