Wouldn’t recommend. Our reservation was supposed to be covered because a Hilton employee stole my mother’s purse and upon arrival, the manager at this location refused to see us and help with our reservation and then they proceeded to cancel our reservation entirely and said that they don’t even have any rooms available to accommodate us, leaving us stranded for two days in Carolina Beach when we flew in from Nashville, TN. This is unacceptable and unprofessional behavior and especially dishonorable treatment of loyal Hilton Honors Members.
Your philosophy and goal is 100% customer satisfaction and I cannot say that we are 100% satisfied with the experience that we have been having as of late with Hilton.
