Leaf & Love — Restaurant in Carolina Beach

Our family of 3 got take out for lunch today. The staff were very friendly. The sandwiches are quite large. We got 2 sandwiches to split between the 3 of us and we still had some leftover. The homemade baguette was great.

Note: Just a note for future reference. We ordered to the NO OTB which was delicious but it had mayo on the sandwich but that was NOT on the description on the menu. I don’t like mayo and would have asked for no mayo if it had been stated on the menu. Might want to think about adjusting the menu so this doesn’t happen to others. But...

First time coming here and must say the food was amazing. It was a very interesting theme. It's a very hipster vibe, in my opinion. I made the made to order sandwich because what they had on the menu didn't tickle my fancy. Didn't seem yummy at all. The made the order sandwich is where it's at. Was very surprised oh how big it was. I definitely wouldn't have order the chips because 2 dollar for that small bag of chips is a rip off. I would just stick with a sandwich. Everything else seems like a rip off...

I think the only setback of this establishment is that they don’t have more seating, which they’re going to need once word gets out that they have the most incredible bahn mi sandwich in the universe. Very, very, very good. They’re also currently featuring a chimichurri lions mane ceviche, which was easily one of the most expertly prepared lions mane dishes I’ve ever tasted. They also have very generous portions and are very reasonably priced!! Super cute place with curated retail. Loved everything...
