I Went to pick a prescription formy grandson who’s epileptic at 7:30 at the Carteret CVS but it turns out the pharmacy dept opens at 9 am on Fridays not a problem I can return, so I left and came back at 9:40 this was Fri 8 of Nov (today). I get to the window and start speaking with the young lady at the window and was told I needed to come in and show the new insurance card but my daughter was already at work so I figured maybe a screen shot might work cause my grandson needed his meds as I’m trying to explain it to the young lady she cut me off and said ok andddd so I looked at her and stoped speaking and followed with are you giving me an attitude and she started going back n forwards with me especially when I told her she’s suppose to listen cause I’m trying to ask her if it can be done with a screen shot but she never gave me the opportunity to explain so I said I’m going in I want to see the manager she said I don’t care come in and banged the phone when I went in the store I asked for the manager and she said from the back to the young lady attending me the manager is busy she can wait let her sit there and wait so now I shouldn’t of let her ignorant , rude, disrespectful, no mannered self get to me but did, I let her get the best of me so I went back forward with her because it’s easy to be nasty and play tough behind a counter with people but you wouldn’t treat people like that in their face now I have the other young lady telling me mam please trying to correct me instead of correcting her co worker so your saying she can talk all she wants and be nasty and I have to eat it absolutely not in no way shape or form is that acceptable , anyway I spoke to the store manager but didn’t wait for the pharmacy manager cause my grandson needed his meds but it probably wouldn’t of done nothing to speak with the pharmacy manager cause I don’t think they have control over there workers otherwise she wouldn’t of spoke the way she did go ahead talk to the manager, maybe even speaking to the store manager didn’t do nothing, but if by any chance any one from corporate or any manager higher up was to read this they need to teach customer service and politeness, mannerism-cause obviously that girl had none, I’ve worked with patients for years being polite and respectfulI , helpful goes a long way I don’t think that girl understands her job description she thinks filling up bottles with pills and putting tags on medication or ordering meds is all she’s suppose to do she fails to comprehend helping your customer or answering questions is also part...

Read moreI have never had such consistently horrible experiences at a pharmacy as I do at this location. Today was the last straw. As I walked up to the counter, I heard another customer say he was leaving because he refused to deal with the pharmacist bad attitude — and I don’t blame him. She’s is always rude like all the techs back there. Every time I come to pick up medications, it’s the same issue: rude, unprofessional behavior from the female staff. I’ve watched multiple customers struggle with their nasty attitudes, not just me. There is no respect, no patience, and absolutely no sense of customer service. People come to a pharmacy for help — not to be spoken to like an inconvenience. This place seriously needs new management and better-trained staff, because what’s happening here is...
