Heritage Inn Cartersville — Hotel in Cartersville

I stayed at your hotel about 3 years ago.and I paid you every day 65 dollars I detailed your card for you guys ,I painted your curbs.and my people even paid you for me to stay there for a month,then you turned around and moved me to a total different room.and was making me pay for a new room when my room I was in was paid for for a month.the why at your hotel I had to go to the hospital.for a kidney stone .and why I was gown.you all let somebody go in my room and still every thing I owed .I have never done any thing to you except work to pay for my room and you tried to make me pay you 100 dallers before you rent me the room for a week .and you did it write in front of my the peaple that paid you for that month. I have not got a problem with you or your family .other than .the fact.if you say your pet friendly.then why the heck do you charge me 10 dallers pet fee ,plus a 50 Dollar deposit that you never give back .then then your weekly rate is 390 but if I can't pay you 400 dallers all at one time.i have to pay you over 100 dallers a day. That's 300 dallers a week more than your weekly rate . I really thought we was better than that but here's the kicker .I gave your son a painting that was painted by me .that was worth 1200 dallers .and then I left and came back and you tried to over charge me again .so the reason I left is because I had already been at your desk for 20 min .trying to work something out with you.and because your ATM had no cash I went to the store and got your cash .then came back to pay you and you tried to get me to pay you 45 more dollars on top of that . What the problem with that .the thing is I don't won't to wait 10 more min. On you to come talk to me after all the running around I have done for you has maid me late for work. FIRST thing i notice is a cockroach waddling around in the front office. Seems to be favorite housing for ex-cons. Stout florid hick bangs on door at 11am yelling at me to get out. Finally figured out he was manager informing me that check-out time was 11am. I'd gotten in at 5am. I asked for 10 minutes to shower and dress. He yelled through the door "You aint got 10 minutes you got TWO" then he tried to come thru the adjacent room (a door separated the two rooms) but the lock was on there so he couldn't get in. He was one made upset little trailer-trash hick. I grabbed my stuff and left telling him "i'll recommend this place to my friends." He said "WHA" I repeated it. He stalked off. He'd brought a skinny black guy and skinny white guy - both looked like drug addicts - along as 'muscle'. Unless you are a HEAVY SMOKER, stay away from this hotel!!!!! The price was the ONLY positive. I should have gone with my instinct and inspected the rooms PRIOR to paying, but I thought, nah, if they say it's non-smoking, I'm sure it is. Sadly, after paying for our room for the night, my kids and I headed to our room. Our "non-smoking" room. The smoke smell was so bad, I gagged. We tried another room. It was even WORSE. Went back to the front desk and asked about any other ACTUAL non-smoking rooms and the two employees mentioned two rooms, but one was dismissed right away by the male employee who stated that he knew for a fact that one wouldn't be non-smoking. ||||Rather than wander from reeking room to reeking room for any more of my evening, I asked for a refund. ||||This place was VILE.
