This is a great consignment store!! My overall rating is ⭐⭐⭐3.7💫's. The store was very clean as was the bathroom & dressing room. It's a very cool hip designed, well put together, and organized store. The man working during my visit was very helpful in explaining the % off of 3 different color price tags which was an amazing 80% off of the green, blue, & red marked price tags... & wow at the many steals & deals I found on many things (Nike high top shoes, like new black & bamboo sandals, Juniors denim cut off shorts, a romper, skirts, shirts & then several men's brand new Guy Harvey Tee's, polos, & SS button down shirts {$7.99¹-$1.70׳). The only negative thing I found during my shopping trip there was that there is a lot of over pricing on shoes. It's on several different styles, types, brands, for both Men & Women's shoes. I discovered that for only a few more dollars you could buy them BRAND NEW instead of buying the used, noticeably worn, & even stained & dirty ones, Only to save $5 for the majority. Plus you'd have to take the used ones purchased home to wash /clean/scrub to have the great used condition look... It's just NOT worth it in the end!! They have a big variety - different types, styles, designs, & brands of both women and men shoes that are over priced. I also found it odd that they're selling brand new graphic type Tee-shirts for $40 a piece & they're nothing special, not a big known name or high end brand definitely NOT worth charging $40 for. I also found some of their denim shorts & dresses from "Shein" that looked older, more worn,(faded, stretched, etc.)that cost almost same price as what you could buy brand new from their website. Over all though they have a very big versatile, trendy, stylish store of all seasons of clothing & shoes (women & men), jewelry, hats, hand bags/purses, & accessories. I'll definitely be going back to shop the clearance and % color tagged sales of clothing and shoes. Also *Bring your own shopping bags for when you check out because they do not have bags to put your purchased items in so you'll have to carry them all out in your arms unless you have shopping bags with you * You can also get the info you need to be able to bring in your clothing you no longer wear to consign for money or store credit. Nice place to go check out & find those steals but make sure you ask which color tags are on sale and the percentage off. Not all price tags are marked with colors so they're as priced. I will never consign at this location again. I brought my clothes in lavender scented trash bags. My clothes are always washed and clean. I don't expect to get rich from consigning clothes, so I'm not looking for a big payday. I am looking to be treated with respect wherever I go, especially when I give respect to the staff. I checked in on the tablet and was told it would be 20-30 minutes to go through my items. I said okay cool. I was looking around the store and found a really cute purse. As I was looking through the store, I saw two of the staff members barley touch the bag and start laughing. I was called over immediately. I was told they couldn't take my stuff because it smelled like peppers, and I needed to wash everything thing and bring it back. I was looked at as dirty and unclean. I explained that the items were in a scented bag, and I just came from an oil change appointment.They wouldn't even look through the items, so instead of making a scene, I left. I called and spoke to the manager about what happened. There was no real concern. No customer should have to feel this way. I have always put my items in scented trash bags when I take them to other locations. I have never been treated this way. The other locations are more friendly. Don't waste your time with these rude young people at...

Sold and used store credit towards a purchase. Pleasant quiet environment, very nice quality clothing for affordable price. Dressing rooms have good lighting.

I agree with other reviewers that when you sell to them, they may not look at everything in the bag or just glance as i noticed my items on the bottom were untouched and folded exactly the way i put them in. I actually did not have a large quantity of items either, the bag I had them in was larger than what i needed. It looks like they going through a purge of inventory and need to sell more than buy right now. So this is a really great place to buy as I got this Nordstrom dress for $6 retails for 10x that. you're looking to sell more than 1 item I suggest a different consignment store or location. Looking at the racks, it looks like they take more higher quality clothing, they don't look like they take things like t-shirts or workout leggings so if you're selling tshirts or athleisure I think platos closet is more suitable. I think that it's possible they may have glanced and knew they weren't accepting the other items i had as they were mostly tshirts, so...
