This trip to taco bell # 039623 was one of the worst experiences I have ever had dealing with fast food. After spending $42.73 in the drive thru. I did not receive all of my family's food. When I circled back to the drive thru to tell them I was accused of stealing the missing food. Then I had to " prove" that I did not receive the food. Even though the time from initially receiving the food and me notifying them something was wrong was 4 minutes. I was missing a chulupa supreme meal with beef and a chulupa meal with chicken. After dealing with an employee that said she was the manager who acted very nasty and rude. She just kept insisting that I had stolen the food and was hiding it or something. After a lot of back and forth I received a partial order. A fast food restaurant that will not correct their mistakes is a place that does not deserve your hard earned money. A restaurant with horrible customer service in these hard times does not deserve your business. I truly hope this restaurant can fix their problems and get back to providing good service. Every time I come here my food is wrong, and I always place a mobile order so there is no excuse as to why they couldn't take a moment to pay just a little bit of attention. I just spent almost half an hour waiting in the drive thru for a burrito, crunchwrap, chips and cinnamon twists. First they forgot my cinna twists. The crunch wrap they gave me literally had no crunch, it was just a nasty soggy mess with hardly any meat or cheese and same with the 5 layer, it was so thin and there were hardly any toppings at all. My sweet tea is very pale. Last time I came here I ordered a 5 layer burrito with no beans and of course there were beans on it. Tonight when I had to drive all the way back after seeing my wrong nasty food the manager told me they were out of tortillas so they gave me a soggy crunchwrap with nothing in it?? If you know you're out of tortillas why are you knowingly giving me a crunchwrap with no tortilla?? Read moreI’ve come here 3 times on 3 different weeks at different times between 11am -1pm depending on the day of my 30 minute lunch break. I always order the same thing, 3 tacos regular. Only 1 time they got my order Correct. Usually the drive thru is always empty. It’s always an elderly white lady taking orders/ cashier everytime & she does repeat the order back But when I get the bag of food it’s not my order it’s supreme tacos with old lettuce, mushy old tomato, No cheese, and more sour cream than meat. Inedible tacos. I find it kind of annoying and equally ignorant to play this Russian roulette food game so If I do return I’m not pulling off until I open every single food item and ensure it’s accurate. My job reimburses for meals while on business travel so luckily I’m not wasting “money” but it is a waste of food bc I don’t want that, all they have to do is give me my correct order, not add extra toppings I Don’t Want.
