Do not trust the manager she will lie to you through her teeth. According to the general manager she thinks it is too sketchy to let her drivers deliver to someone's job even if it is an open business with security cameras in a well lit parking lot she cleaned it was too sketchy to send her drivers in that I should order through doordash or ubereats. So if you're trying to order to your job and it has a parking lot or anywhere that has a parking lot this manager will not let her delivery drivers bring you your food. Also it's better to go online because according to the manager if you try to order on the phone over half the stuff that's actually on the website according to her does not exist but yet the website lets you order it but calling the store the manager will tell you it's no longer a product they offer. I've had so many bad experiences and I had an extremely long conversation with this manager and she assured me nothing like this would ever happen again and that she was appreciative that we didn't go to corporate and that we came to her and we told her we didn't even want our food place we were just tired of paying a delivery fee them never showing up in me having to still drive to the store for every order even though I was charged for delivery. I have finally had enough because I thought this manager would actually stay true to her word and that she cared about her customers but in reality they're just don't want to work they will refuse orders just because there's a parking lot attached to where it's being delivered until you food doesn't even exist even though you're looking at it on their website. Your best bet would be to go to anywhere else that offered pizza and stay as far away from this place in this...

We came from Rome because our sit down Pizza Hut restaurant has gone out of business. At the behest of a family member we decided to try the Pizza Hut in Cartersville. When we arrived we noticed that the inside was nothing to brag about but as we understand they are fixing to remodel the inside. So we ordered our pizza and an order of breadsticks after figuring out we had to scan a QR code to get the menu on our phone. After we decided on ordering a large hand tossed meat lovers with extra light sauce and come to find out unfortunately they only had bottled Pepsi products to drink (we like Coke products) and an order of bread sticks. We then sat down and waited approximately 15 minutes for our pizza and breadsticks to come out to us at the table. When it came out it was very hot and we started eating the pizza. The 1st thing we noticed is that the crust was not dark and burned as we had become accustomed to from when we would order from our Pizza Hut in Rome. The crust was a light color and at 1st we thought it was going to be undercooked. After we took our 1st bite it was absolutely delicious and cooked just right. The crust and bottom was a little crunchy and the breadsticks was absolutely delicious also. For once we could actually say we enjoyed the food from Pizza Hut again. That meat lovers Pizza was one of the best we had ever had and I can only compare the crust to the stone oven pizzas i would get from my time in the US Navy and we would visit Catana, Sicily. We will definitely be coming back especially after the remodel...

As with Pizza Hut, I have learned that you have to order extra cheese. In order to get the pizza covered at least one layer of cheese. Well, I did that today and got mostly bread and a little bit of cheese!! I almost just drove away and said forget about it, but decided to go back into the store to show the managers poorly.The pizza had been made. But instead, they told me that, that was in fact, what an extra cheese pizza looked like, mostly bread. I was told that their pizza has only one cup of cheese and if I order extra cheese and pay the extra money.I only get 1/2 a cup extra! I told her that I always pay for extra cheese...Because I know the Pizza Hut puts very little cheese on their pizza, and I've only had it to look like this, before I started ordering extra cheese, which was why I started ordering extra cheese! Because all I was getting was a pizza with half cheese coverage and bread..I told her if this was what extra cheese on a pizza looks like now with Pizza hut I would rather have my money back so I could go somewhere else.And that is what I did. I deleted their app and will not be planning on going back to pay that amount of money for upgrades and get absolutely nothing but mostly bread and half cheese!
