2022-Oct We arrived around 8pm. Check-in was quick. We were given 2 key cards. a pool towel card, and a map to the facility. He explained how we to get in our room and where the pool was. I didnt realize that the towel card was only for 2 towels. There were 4 of us in our room, so i had to ask for another towel card. Beside the front desk was their mini-market. Very limited daily/emergency stuff. (See photos). Some swim attire, hats, purses, were also being sold in the mini-market. Front desk offered assistance for our luggages after i asked if the elevator has been fixed. There are no elevators. I have read from other reviews that it hasn't been working for a long time. Our room was in the 2nd floor. The room was clean and spacious. We reserved a 1 bedroom with living room and full kitchen. The kitchen was well equipped. Full oven range, microwave, fridge with freezer with ice cube trays, sink, dish washer, blender, coffee maker, wide slot toaster, electric kettle, and so much more. Service for 6 was provided. A photo of what was in the kitchen is attached. There was a list of what was provided, but there were a lot of stuff that was missing. I called front desk to make sure they were informed on what was missing. Our room has a stacked washer and dryer. A complimentary washer detergent, 2 dishwasher tablets, 1 packet of regular coffee, 1 coffee decaf, toiletries were provided. There was still coffee grounds from previous tenants in the coffee maker. Bit everything else was clean. Round dining table with 4 chairs and 2 bar stools were provided. Ceiling fan above dining table is not leveled. 3-seater couch pull-out bed, 1 chair, coffee table, 2 side tables with lamps that has an outlet, tv stand with drawers, 55" flat screen tv, a desk with a chair, desk lamp with outlet, was in the living room. 2 chairs and 1 lounge chair are in the patio. Patio is accessible from the living room and bedroom. Bedroom has a night stand on each side. Each night stand has a lamp with 2 outlets. 5 standard size pillows that were very flat, a chair, drawers, and another flat screen tv, and a walk-in closet (yup! Walk-in closet) with a small safe. Curtain rod in the sliding door needs a mid-anchor support. (See photo) The bathroom was spacious, 1 sink, spacious countertop, 4 bath towels, 4 hand towels, complimentary toiletries, and hair dryer. The height of the countertop was lower than the standard height for countertops. My son is 4'6" and he said the sink height is perfect for him. Yes, that low. No, our room is not hc accessible. The shower has decent water pressure. It was difficult to pull the shower knob to start the shower. Installation of the shower knob, shower head, and towel rack, could have been better. Tub has a stain that would not come off. Both the TV has lots of channel line up, for both kids and adults. Both also has rear hdmi accessibility. Pool towels are provided beside the front desk. 2. Towels per 1 towel card. Lots of lounge chairs. There were 3 pools. One for adults only, family pool, and the hot tub. The water in the family pool was cold. It flactuated between 79.2°-80°. It was cold. All guests that I talked to, commented the same. The hot tub was good, kept at 103° (but the chlorine hurts my eyes on Friday night). There's a small adult pool kept normally around 80°-81°. Bring your own pool toys or floaties. The fitness center was closed. There was no snack-bar or restaurant inside. There were renovations going on everywhere. Movie nights beside the pool is on Friday & Saturday nights. Some of the staff are plesant. House keeping service was provided only once on our 7-night stay, and you have to schedule it with front desk. Have a great stay! Please give a thumbs up if this review helped you in any way.

We had a really great experience here. We are not Vacation Club Members and have not stayed at a vacation club of any kind before, but after this, absolutely will in the future. We stayed for 3 nights/4 days. They had fun events we got to be involved in, and actually ended up wishing we didn't have so many off-site activities to do so we could enjoy more ON-site activities as a family. We enjoyed the dive-in, where we got to watch a holiday movie on a big screen while in the pool. 7-year-old LOVED it! The Inspired Lounge was his favorite thing of the stay, and Elissa (Inspired staff member) was incredible with him. Elissa was a whole vibe, and she was incredible with all the kids, and even played foosball with the kids. They had a little New Year’s bash for everyone, with noise makers and leis and hats, and we had a blast (until 7pm when they closed - which was PERFECT timing for small kids/families). The lounge had 2 pool tables, foosball, a large soccer pool game set up on the ground, video games, ping pong, you could check our board games, books, and puzzles, and they even had paint nights and other fun family activities. Kiddo was disappointed we were unable to make the escape room happen on this trip, but we will be sure to on the next one. Everybody was friendly - we were always greeted in the lobby with a smile and a happy greeting from whomever was at the front desk. Staff were all helpful and kind, and I really cannot sing the praises of Elissa and the Inspired Lounge staff enough – they were all so great with the kids around and would help everyone with any questions… just fantastic! Our room was pretty much as expected - which is well taken care of, even if it is an older building. The lighting in the bathroom could have been better but was sufficient. Kitchen was awesome, and bed was comfy and nice. The room is large, sofa bed was comfy for kiddo, and having a full kitchen and washer/dryer are invaluable to a longer stay, especially one with kids. I noticed a lot of people talk about the view, but our room location had lovely views. My husband grumbled at first about the “swamp” which just looks like former golf sand, and still looked rather beautiful to me. I have added photos of our view from the trip. This is an excellent choice for families with a budget. I’m sure a fancier stay somewhere is possible, but the cost for all the added amenities ON TOP of having a full suite with kitchen and washer/dryer is nothing short of basically a bnb minus the extra chores (and fees). This won’t be for everyone, but should be among first choices for anyone traveling with kids.

I recently stayed at a hotel that left me with mixed feelings. While there were some positive aspects, overall, the outdated vibes and lack of certain amenities left much to be desired.

Let's start with the positives. The pool was a definite highlight of my stay. It was well-maintained and provided a refreshing respite from the heat. I enjoyed spending time there, and it was a nice feature to have.

Upon arrival, I found the phone in the room did not work and struggle with the cards key to get inside the room. You have to swipe a couple of times. It was disappointing to discover that there was no daily room service. While this may not be a deal-breaker for some, it would have been nice to have fresh towels and a tidy room each day.

Unfortunately, the same level of satisfaction did not extend to the comfort of the accommodations. The couch bed, while functional, left much to be desired. I could feel the springs underneath, which made for an uncomfortable night's sleep. Additionally, the couch cushions were noticeably worn out, lacking the support and comfort one would expect. Stains throughout both sofa chairs. Bathroom baseboard seem damage or crack. Someone else hair in the bathtub. In case they reply that it’s mine. FYI, am almost bald. Not my hair. The golf course that they advertise on their website, it’s a pile of sand. They have a lonely tractor to let people know they are working on it. The spa, which they also advertise was a Thai place a couple of minutes down the street. You can also hear the people above us walking around most of the time. See photo for reference.

On the positive side, the staff at the hotel were friendly and accommodating. They were responsive to my inquiries and made an effort to assist whenever needed. Their warm and welcoming demeanor helped to make up for some of the hotel's shortcomings.

One of the main downsides of this hotel was its outdated vibes. The overall decor and furnishings seemed to be stuck in a time warp, giving the place a tired and worn-out feel. It was clear that the hotel could benefit from some renovations and modernization to bring it up to par with contemporary standards.

In conclusion, my experience at this hotel was a mixed bag. While the pool was a highlight and the rooms were clean, the lack of daily room service and the uncomfortable couch bed detracted from the overall experience. The friendly staff helped to offset some of the hotel's shortcomings, but the outdated vibes were hard to ignore. If you're looking for modern accommodations, this might not be the...
