⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an unforgettable experience at Cafecito Calaveras! I ordered the Mazapán Calavera Latte and the Birria Campechana, and I have to say—they are the best coffee and food I’ve ever had. The Mazapán Calavera Latte was an absolute delight: the creamy, nutty flavor of mazapán perfectly complemented the rich espresso, creating a unique and indulgent beverage that kept me coming back for every last drop.

The Birria Campechana was equally impressive—tender, flavorful, and bursting with just the right amount of spice. Every bite was a culinary adventure that elevated my entire dining experience.

I used to love this place and even left a positive review before, the service was quick, and it felt welcoming and family-owned.

Unfortunately, my recent experiences have been disappointing. Three days in a row, my orders weren’t ready on time. Today, I waited 40 minutes (double the quoted time) only to find out my food hadn’t even been started or my order placed. I had to leave without it.

This is meant as constructive feedback. I truly want them to succeed, but they need to improve their order system and customer service. Right now, I can’t recommend it like I once did.

Ordered the Mazapan Latte and Birria Campechana as suggested by the barista and they were both absolutely phenomenal. Both the barista and chef checked to make sure everything was made to taste.

Hidden away gem that would likely have a line out the door if it sat in Downtown Palm Springs. Amazing and fast service- they truly care about your experience. Feels right at home.

Never had a latte that tasted like this. Will absolutely add this to my must-visit list. Planning on bringing my family by.
