Izalco grill — Restaurant in Champaign

New foodtruck in town run by friendly people serving mediterranean food. I got chicken over rice. The chicken was flavored well compared to other similar shops in champaign. The rice was a bit dry maybe because it was let to sit for a bit. A switch to flavorful or fragrant rice types would make the food taste even better. 2 sauces of choice were offered, one was similar to the white garlic sauce and the other was a red spicy sauce. I got both added but wasn't too spicy as the white sauce overpowered the spice. A side of lettuce was served. The also gave samples of falafel to try. I think it was one of the best falafel I have tried in champaign. I hope they could expand their menu options to include fish like they planned as well as start taking orders on food...

Stopped by to grab a quick bite (cheeseburger meal) for lunch while my bike was getting tuned up. The man who served me was very friendly and double-checked with me to ensure my requests were correct. Overall, I'm very satisfied. Will definitely consider...
