Hallways need a lot of attention & remodeling, however the room was probably the most updated of any other super 8 I’ve been to. The owner was probably the nicest of all the staff there. The lady at check in was kinda rude, not to mention I had to wait awhile for her even to come to the desk. The lady at the desk when I went down for breakfast was definitely better than the one at check in & I get yes she was probably tired but her attitude seemed very annoyed that I even asked where it was located. & omg that was the tiniest breakfast area EVER, & ALL of what was supposed to be the hot food was cold, almost gone & looked super old. The room had a lot of cosmetic issues, the bathroom tile was broken my 4yr old got her foot cut on it, the toilet once flushed took hours to stop making noise. Housekeeping could definitely take a little more time in the rooms there was dirty socks under the skirts, the lamp shades needed dusted, there was boogies on the tv remote trash around the floor between the beds & bedside table. Vacuuming is must we stepped on idk how many stickers in the room. The sheets & towels had stains on them. The heater wasn’t working all that great so having worked in a hotel forever I automatically thought of checking the filters & they were BLACK.! Don’t worry I cleaned them for ya.! & I dusted the unit, the lamps & other surfaces that you could obviously hadn’t been touched. The microwave worked great, but they might want to replace the piece that makes it spin, it’s broken. & I understand that it’s a pet friendly hotel but the staff had their animals thejre with them...

The hotel was an older hotel, but was very affordable, clean (minus the dirty towl that was left hanging on the back of the bathroom door), and comfortable. Was set to give this hotel an awesome review, until we walked out in the parking lot in the morning to find that our generator that was strapped down and locked with pad locks and chain in the bed of the truck had been stolen. We were hooked up to a stock trailer, so the crooks had to work to get it as it was extremely heavy. The front desk clerk had zero care, smirking about it, and said that the security camera wouldn't see where we we were parked (never offered to look at it to see if the people could be seen elsewhere in the parking lot), and that this was the first time for something like this to happen. He informed us that we could call the cops ourselves if we wanted too. I know that this happens everywhere, but the lack of help, attitude, and care to help handle the situation from the clerk has led me to write this review, as well as never...
