Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Chickasha

The service is bad, they has two employee on a sat night, one of them was fighting with his girlfriend in the parking lot the other was only cooking, there was a room full of people waiting over 30 minutes for there pizza. I personally had to wait 10 minutes at the counter before I could order, after I ordered 2 pizza’s there was 30 minute wait, I was willing to wait, I gave him a 50 dollar bill for my 16 dollar order which I ordered hot and ready so I knew that was wrong, He told me he couldn’t take anything larger than a 20 dollar bill, I told him I would go get change. Still didn’t get my order in, I went two doors down got the change, then had to wait another 10 minutes for anyone to come take my order with a room full of the same people still, I decided this was enough and walked out. I went to homeland got 3 frozen pizzas and ice cream and spent 19 dollars. I will never go to little...

I love the convenience of using the app and the "pizza portal". I have patronized this store many times and the staff is always very friendly, my pizzas are always hot, fresh and ready for pickup at the given time, kept warm in the portal. We prefer light sauce on our pizzas and the app does not yet have this option so I immediately call the store to ask them because once the order is placed, Your pizza is being made. Ordered pizzas online. One was a Batman pizza. Went to pick up and waited a lot longer than the time said. There was a pizza in the portal the whole time I was waiting with another persons name on it and then after 15 mins it switched to my name. Mind you I ordered 3 pizzas and Italian cheese bread… I opened the 1 pizza that was in there which was the Batman pizza and where there should have been calzones on each side, all the cheese was burnt out of it and had turned dark brown and stuck to the box. I told them that’s not what that’s supposed to look like and was told I couldn’t get a refund and either could have that brunt pizza or wait another 25 mins for another one.
