Burger King — Restaurant in Chickasha

You have to check your order before you leave!!! Two weeks ago bought breakfast order french toast stix I looked in bag before leaving no syrup when back around and was told they are out. Would of been nice to know when ordering them. I didnt learn my lesson today placed order went over it 3 times. Did not want cheese on one of the sandwiches. She had down no egg on the screen I mention it and she fixed on screen. I should of looked before heading home. We got no cheese and no egg. We wanted egg. O and had 2 hairs in with my wife's french toast stix. This place just doesnt care. They hold out a box to put money in but they don't control hair in food. I suggest checking food every EVERY TIME! Sad that you cant place an order and get what you want with out having to double check the order when placing and the double checking once...

In my mid 60s and I have to say the worst experience in ANY type of resturant. After passing our number by 2, I approached the counter and was told my order was next. I returned to my seat. When the next number passed ours was called I gave the individual at the counter a WTH look. He literally yelled across the dining area, "I told you they're working on your order. Of course I yelled back because I did nothing to warrant that response He suggested a refund and I agreed. While at the counter he told me that those other orders Didn't come in after I did.But yet they did. I watched them come in and order. . Visit ended with no meal, a refund, a threat to call the police, and never come back to HIS (and Shane you know who you are)...

It's funny how you order a burger 1 day, and 2 days later they don't have those kind of burgers? Or is that because it was close you closing time and you didn't want to take the time to CORRECT the wrong order you gave your customer? I was on the phone with my husband when he ordered, heard him order and heard the lady repeat it. Then they give him something completely different. Chickasha BK needs some new employees for sure! Residents here were so excited when we saw BK was coming to town.. now I personally wish it would've been a Wendy's. This BK is hands down the WORSE I've ever visited. We've been 5 times now since it opened, and have had the correct order ONCE! Sad when McDonald's is doing better...
