Well first I want to start off with the drive-thru took a very long time and the person that took my order was very rude then I ordered a number 3 12 count and I said large and I said I needed for barbecue sauce then they told me$12 cuz I get this meal like 4 times a week$12 sounds exactly right for a large Dr pepper with a large fry and a 12 count but then I pulled up to the window and I proceeded to ask her if I could get four more barbecue sauces and she proceeded to tell me I had to be charged for the other four and I said if I'm going to be charged I'll just buy a bottle I asked her what the bottle was worth she said $3 I said that's fine then she hands me my food which has a large fry a 12-count Annabelle BBQ then she proceeded to hand me a drink that was a medium and I said That's supposed to be a large and instead of her agreeing with me she gives me a disgusted look like I was just a problem turns around and looks at her manager and her manager looks at me with a disgusted look and said what's the problem and then the lady that had my drink turns and repeats it to her that it's supposed to be a large and the respectful and right thing to do is what the manager did she said just make a large and then the lady at the window turns and looks at me and says I guess I'll just make you a large and while she was making my large drink I look at my ticket and I realize that I was only charged for a large fry and a medium drink whoever took the order that was rude to me chose to give me a large fry and a medium drink I can understand if I said can I get a number three with a large fry and then said drink but I didn't I said I need a number three large and I understand that people mispronounce and misunderstand people on the speaker I'm not mad at the person that took my order other than they were very rude like they were mad pissed off at being at work but I'm not a judgmental person and I understand people are going through things so I didn't worry about it but what that girl did at the window she pretty much just called me a liar but while she was making my drink the large I realized like I said that I wouldn't charge for a large drink so I told her don't worry about it just give me the medium back I was not charged for it it doesn't matter now I already made it is what she responded with and then kind of just threw it in my hand she was very rude and for people that go to this restaurant in reading these reviews I'm not saying do not go here cuz people have bad days and I don't know what somebody's going through but for it to be a Christian restaurant that is not open on Sundays whatever you got going on at the house should not be brought to that job so with a meal that should have been $12 I ended up paying 16 I will personally never go back to that restaurant because I was rudely treated like nothing I...
Read moreI have ordered their market salad a couple of times, substituting the cold chicken for grilled chicken because I am pregnant and it is medically necessary to avoid cold meats. I’ve given them the benefit of the doubt, being a new establishment but they have just given me whatever they want me to have every single time I have ordered. This last time they over charged my husband by giving him three salads and none of them were right, and they also left out they yogurt parfait. That ended up being roughly a $30 mistake on their end. It was late, I called 4-5 times while they were still open with no answer. I left a message three days ago, which is bizarre to me, but I have yet to receive a call back to fix their mistake. Read moreI have been 3 times to this location and tried all 3 shifts of breakfast, lunch, and dinner. They are still learning their rhythm. The food is good. What isn't good are all of the order mistakes. They don't give you a menu or even let you get to the order board before pressing for an order. I had to pull the menu up on my phone and was told to move up while trying to place my order 7 times. I'm lucky I didn't end up in an accident. Please... just let me look at a menu for a minute. Wrong order sizes, 7 nuggets instead of 8, wrong drinks, and employees wandering around generally confused about what they should be doing because they are so heavily overstaffed. The wait averages 20 to 30 minutes at a minimum. Atmosphere is only 4 stars because the literal swarm of clueless employees everywhere...
