Love the chain. This location is still trying to get it together. It is very inconsistent if you get any sort of crafted drink. I've been trying to give them time to get it down since it is a new lactation and I know all of that takes time but it seems to be getting worse. They do have several really nice employees. At this point, I only go there because of their food options at this location as well as the convenience of the ap. The drink I typically get has lost it's appeal because it is rarely right. It is far too expensive to roll the dice on whether or not your drink will be correct. On the two occasions I did ask them to correct it (I usually don't because it makes me feel bad and I know they're busy and it's just a drink), they just charge you for another and usually it is a repeat of the first. I know several others that have had similar experiences over the past several months. Would really love to see this location meet the Starbucks expectation. SB is my go to almost anywhere that I go. All I can say is Viridian killed this place and they're the ones out of business! It doesn't make any sense! We didn't need a Starbucks! We had a wonderful coffee house with superb customer service. The service here is so horrible! They made me feel like I was inconveniencing them! The frapp I ordered was undrinkable and I took it back just to get another one just like it! Why did they even remake it if they planned to duplicate the one I was returning that was undrinkable? It wasn't even icy. I don't understand how a drink can completely melt before you even get it! Moreover, it was awful and completely made wrong! I don't know what they've done to their product, but this is my third attempt at trying this place and it has been horrible every single time and so has the service.
