I have not visited this location in a week or two due to multiple reasons I wish to address. A couple of times when I pull into the drive thru, with my children in the car, mind you, I’m greeted by the overwhelming stench of cigarette smoke wafting from the back of the building. A man I can only describe as extremely unprofessional, standing right next to the trash cans, puffing away like it's a break room. Not only is this completely inappropriate for a food service establishment, but it also delays the actual service because heaven forbid someone put out their cigarette before coming to take my order. It usually takes a few extra minutes for anyone to acknowledge me at the window when I'm finally ordered at the box, and by the time I’m finally greeted, I’m already questioning my decision to stop in. The man in question, quite frankly gives me the creeps. His appearance is unkempt, his hygiene questionable, sometimes looks "high" and it is absolutely unnerving to be served by someone who looks like they just rolled out of bed without a shower. Read moreI used to come to this location a lot, but will no longer go. They screwed up on the order and put no chicken in two of the Baja CHICKEN wrap ordered. I called and was rudely told that I had to wait one hour and 30 minutes because it’s a rush right now and they don’t have time to fix the mistake. Very unprofessional and just not okay nor happy with the customer service. They never said sorry and just didn’t care. I called HR and left a message and they never called me back. Forget this franchise and I will never go to a tropical smoothie again. If I was the manager, I would really talk with staff and watch the customer service in this location. I’ve been to several tropical smoothie and all of them are great except for this location.

Read moreI ordered one smoothie and I was the only one in line in the drive thru at the time. I think they were busy inside, but when I ordered they said nothing about an extended wait time. So I ordered thinking it would be no more than a 5 minute wait. No one came to tell me something like "hey, we're kind of backed up and it's gonna be a few minutes" or nothing... I ended up calling them from the car after waiting 20 minutes to ask how much longer. If they are busy, it would be nice for them to tell the person when they are ordering that it's gonna be a longer wait. People have places to be and aren't able to wait 20 minutes for 1 smoothie...
