Mattress Firm Knob Hill — Hotel in Colorado Springs

I stopped by mattress firm because I saw a young man posting sales signs and I was curious. I came inside Jalen said hello and asked why did I come in today, I said I needed a bed. Jalen showed me a few beds and I liked the second one, I was wondering if it came in a full. Jalen called his warehouse to see if there was a full in stock and he said yes there was one. Then Shelly got to thinking "maybe I need a queen", there was no queens in what I wanted but there was an available floor model. She said sold! I asked about two twin mattresses for my grand girls. It took two hours to wrap up this deal and Shelly and her grand girls will get amazing sleep! The best part is it gets delivered on Shelly's birthday! So I will be sleeping on my mattress on my birthday. Jalen is a wonderful and very patient and honest man and worked out a great deal for me, this is a happy customer! My family cannot thank Kyle at the Knob Hill location enough for being not only knowledgeable, but personable as well throughout our mattress journey. My partner and I have been waking up day after day with back and neck pain, and it was time for us to upgrade from our old and lumpy queen sized mattress to something that will be kinder to our bodies. Kyle made the whole process easy for us AND our little one as well! This was our first time ever buying a brand new mattress, and we were unsure walking in if we would be leaving with something the whole family would love. But, Kyle made sure that happened and took his time explaining why this mattress would benefit our health and bodies. He found us the perfect fit within our budget, and we are so thankful for his expertise and compassion. Horrible customer service. Ordered a Cali king. Like to be expected it had to be shipped from the warehouse no surprise. Went to place the order and they dont have the box springs they have to come from the manufacturer. So now it will take even longer. Delivery day comes and no delivery the box springs are a day behind. I already made arrangements with my employer to leave when ever mattress firm decided the time that works best for them. I reschedule for two days later. Still i have to work with their schedule. When they call 8 at night by the way their time falls when i have a Dr appointment. I call them nothing the can do except reschedule for the next day. Now i have to not make plans for an entire Saturday and wait until 8 at night friday for the delivery time to be made by them. Im sorry but when You're paying thousands for a darn bed and have tried to work with their bs delivery after waiting for 2 weeks i feel they should try to work with a person a bit more.
