Not the worst experience ever. Just little things added up during our visit. Went in for lunch, since it was the first time there we needed a minute to read what we wanted. During that time my husband had to take a call (its his birthday and it was a well-wisher) as soon as he hangs up the phone a waitress zips over and asks us what we are ordering. Almost in a "hurry up and order" kind of demeanor. We get our food, it looks great, but I noticed my order was SO similar to my husband's dish which was a combination of seafood and meats according to the menu. His good had 2 shrimp and a lot of chicken and some beef. No octopus or mussels as stated on the menu. We said nothing, just let it go. At the end of the meal we were waiting to be visited by our waiter and he never came back to our table after one quick fillup of water(during which he reached across my husband's plate and face while he was eating to grab the cup to fill so yikes) and so I went to order our Thai Green Tea Boba and lo and behold, they got that one wrong as well. We were given regular Thai tea, fine. It was yummy so we just paid and chalked it up to a bust. Not the worst place ever, just needs a lot more improvement and some decor would really add that extra oomph to the place. Having the old Pizza Hut things in the place is not giving me the impression they're super proud of the place. 3/5 because the Boba, while wrong,...
Read moreOur. New. Favorite. Place. We love pho but live in Woodland Park. Had to go to south springs for something and found this gem. We started with the spring rolls and wontons. Spring rolls are simple so not spectacular but they tasted fresher than other spring rolls we’ve had. The crab cheese wontons are ABSOLUTELY INSANE. I mean that in the BEST way. They are hands down the best wontons I’ve ever had. I’m 33 and my boyfriends 37, we’ve smashed a bunch of wontons in our lives, but THESE. Man. My mouths watering because of how good they are. Then we got some Pho. We’ve gotten pho in many different places to try to find the best one. This is it. The broth isn’t too salty, they are generous with their meat, and the fixings are the freshest I’ve seen. They also have Boba!! It took almost our entire dinner to get our boba but it’s worth it. We had the sweetest older man as our server and he was running around working his butt off! Then this sweet girl delivered our boba and apologized for the wait, but they were the perfect desert. This place is veteran owners and was very clean. If you are in the area we couldn’t recommend this place enough. You guys have our vote. I wish you were closer. We would definitely visit very often, but we will make sure and make the trip just for those wontons. Thank you for your service and completely rad establishment!! Did not get pictures, was too good and ate it...
Read moreWorst costumer service ever! First our order gets mixed up and we asked to make sure that we got the crab and shrimp rolls and the lady with the mark on the side of her face picks up the plate and sniffs it with her nose all in the food and puts the plate back down for us to eat it. Then as I was paying for our food to the gentleman at the cash register the same lady with the mark on the side of her face rushes up to me and says, "You don't leave no tip for us?" She was so impatient that I didn't even finish paying yet but once I was I was going to give her a tip even when she didnt deserve it because she was really rude not only to us but we saw it with other costumers as well. But it doesn't stop there I ordered a shake to go and the gentleman at the cash register told her he needed a shake made to go for me and she had an attitude and rolled her eyes at me and said, "I'm not going to make her shake because she didn't tip me ask the other girl to make it for her." Definitely not going back ever again and I do not recommend this place to anyone. Also please inform your waitress that a tip is earned when you deserve it that's why a tip is not required when paying...
