I must say after high hopes about 1st place from coming from the Wesley chapel location to snapfinger was night and day. First let me say I even did a promotional video how great,clean and friendly this place is but again coming from Wesley chapel 1st place. I was invited to the wine down Wednesday last month (Sept)even did a promotional video at the snapfinger location. I get to the snapfinger location room 365 late night this month(OCT )just wanted to sleep so tired,slept on top of the covers got up within a couple to use the restroom only to find roaches all Over the place thank God I didn't bring my personal belongings like clothes.I immediately told staff there were roaches on the toilet seat, around refrigerator, counter top, floors,side of covers from the bed etc..I immediately told Staff and said this moments later in a text "Hello Ms Sullen, This is Karon at the front desk. We will be able to have someone to come down to your room in the AM to take care of the issue. We are unable to do anything tonight. sorry for the inconvenience."
So I slept in my car until the morning. The following morning, Ms.Bridges took me to another room she pull the refrigerator back we both saw roaches so we went to another room. Which finally room 243 Super clean I even started bringing my personal belongings in no problem LIVED in that room for 6 days NO Roaches. Mind you I paid for a 7 day $275 special.Within a few days later they even had pest control spraying all rooms. Everything was great I simply ask for a convenience stay because of the first night sadly it was customer shaming from Jasmine who only offered $5 off your next staycation. I guess I got what I paid for. In conclusion, staff and security is AWESOME! Management NO! Erase my video, I don't do false advertisement. Thanks and Take care!

Man please and they treat you like criminals the second you decide you don’t want to stay there anymore. My first night I had to go to 3 rooms cuz they were all either unfurnished or trashed. Finally got a room after 3 hours. I stayed for a week one of those nights without power because of a storm. When my 7th day came I had to be to work at 8am so I told them I would be working ALL DAY and when I got back I would pay. When I got there not only did they lock the room with my belongings in it they told me I would have to pay a late fee even though we had spoke that morning and a late fee didn’t exist. When I expressed everything I had been through Joy, who is the sweetest by the way, reached out to the manager who added and EXTRA fee for “storage” which isn’t even logical because of I’m paying for the storage then wouldn’t that mean I’m not late??? And if I’m late why am I paying for storage?? For 3 hours??? So as I’m trying to figure it out I go to the community area just to SIT because once again I’ve been at work all day, the manager sent security to tell me I could NOT sit there because they assumed I would try to break into their room 😂 he also stated that these actions are exactly why people keep leaving and refusing to come back. Also they only take cash another red flag. I ended up having to pay the $60 to get my things which left me having to find a couch to sleep on since that took out of what I had for another week. It sucks I always try to not only support my own but just SURVIVE in the economy we’re in and I don’t feel like they are here to help.
