After my visit at the Wesley Chapel CFA (as a customer, then picking up an order within an hour) I was prepared to vent from the customer survey website but I didn’t receive a receipt from my earlier purchase so to make sure I’m heard, I decided to leave a review. This is based on my second visit this evening only. As a former CFA employee in high school, I really do believe they’ve always set the standard especially in customer service. So I was highly disappointed on this visit just picking up a order. I approached the counter where pickup orders are (I’ve been to this location and the process is the same as most CFA locations concerning pick orders) as I was reading one of the bags on the counter a manager who was nearby turned and asked the name for the order. I told her and then showed her the name on my phone, she then barely read the counter, then barely glanced at the screen and said it’s still being prepared. Then told me to go halfway to the back of the store behind a wall to wait and they will call. They have never done this and there was no other customers in there at the time, so no need to make space.( I just stayed close enough to be out the way but be able to hear and see) She also told the next person picking up the same. After about 4-5mins the manager had left the front area, other customers came in, went to the counter got their pick up orders and left. After a few more minutes one of the cashiers then called the person from earlier with a pick up order (his order had been on the counter the whole time) Then almost 10mins after I’d arrived a cashier called my pick up order, it was now the only pick up order on the counter and it was the same one I was reading when that manager decided to turn to lend a not so helping hand. I don’t know what the issue was but I didn’t like it. If it were an honest wait I would have no qualms but the worst thing to do is waste someone’s time, and I’m sure the manager did this on purpose. One star for the cashiers who came behind her making sure all orders got out and at with a smile. I’m sure that manager intended for me to spend the night in the lobby. Read moreWORST CHICK FILA IN THE WORLD!! After getting off, work and driving an hour to this CF. I was treated like I was trying to scam con, STEALl, a biscuit from the drive through. THE Very untrained, gentlemen that Was bringing the food to the car Questioned me three times about my order for 1 chicken biscuit. It started with a very untrained. Gentlemen, that took my order did not ask my name. They wanted me to figure out what went wrong. I literally had to pull up my online banking to show this man that I had just paid for this one. Chicken biscuit and had to assure him. I was not there 2 scam, steel. Or con chick fil a out of one chicken biscuit. Mind you. This is the fourth time he's come to inquire about the one chicken biscuit. He gives me the bag with no receipt. I had to ask. Now I'm getting very upset and a little loud. This is when the security guard on the patio that had been on her personal phone call talking to her girl. Decides, she wants to get off her personal call By telling the person on the phone oh, let me get off this phone and go over here. Which I had to let her know don't come near my car. She whom is paid, buy chick fil. A Gets an attitude and tells the manager and the young man. 2 refund, my money and like idiots they Approach my car and the manager proceeds to ask me cash or card without finding out what transpired. Which a well-trained manager would do, however. There are no well-trained workers at this particular chick. Fil A. Not one time. Did she ask what was going on? How could she help? She just took orders from this ignorant security guard. WOW! MISS O'SHEA! Well at least she knew how to take an order! Shea may not understand that if not for the customer she would not have a job. So don't listen to the person that Chick-fil-A is paying, but try to listen to the person is paying chick. Fil. A! If Chick-fil-A does not get quality trained employees in this store you will hurt your brand. That's just how bad the employees are...
Read moreToday I placed my order at 8:11 pm and did not leave the restaurant until 9:05 pm. The service that I recieved was the worst ever given anywhere in my life. All over a large fry that was not given to me that i paid for. My order was packed very poorly and the 2 of the fries were not proportionate properly. I was missing a large fry and my strips were straggly. I stated this to the very nice curbside delivery guy. He said that he would fix it. Upon his return he gave me 2 new fries and a order of strips. I was still missing my large fry. I brought this to the employees attention he said that he would be back upon his return he told me that his manager said that she put all the food in the bag and that I would have to call in. I had to get out of my car in the rain and carry the food inside. The manager saw me come in with the food and proceeded to do what she was doing. I asked the young lady for Managment assistance. After explaining the situation the manager was unapologetic about the situation I asked for my food to be made over because at this point it was cold. I was inside for another 20 mins. My order was prepared incorrectly again I waited longer for my beverages and still did not recieve my kids meal milks I had to carry all the food back out with no offer of assistance and almost dropped my food because the door was locked. This was the worst experience I have every had at a chickfila in my life. I have left numbers of positive google and reviews for almost every Chickfila that I have been to.
