I purchased food from here regularly. On October 4th I found a bug in my sweet & sour sauce that came with my crab rangoon I purchased from here. To be specific there was a gnat in my food. I took the food back & the lady that works there accused me of planting the gnat there myself but the sauce had never been opened. So how did it get there? She said they will not refund me my money. However I didn't consume the goods that I paid for & I gave them back to you. Therefore I should get my money back. She said I still won't get a refund. So I told her I'm gone call bank to get my money back because I used a debit card. We shared a few words. Then she grabbed my purse trying to take my debit card. So I called my bank explaining the situation to them so they'll follow up with the merchant to see if I actually did return the food. I'm sure when they call they'll lie & say I didn't give it back. So then I'll still be out of the $19.90 that I spent there. That's not right the food that I purchased there had been consumed by children. They have cameras everything that I'm saying can be proven!!! There was no reason for her to snatch my purse. She gave me $3.50 back for the item that had the bug in it. But I returned other food so I need my money back for that as well. I called them after the incident to let them know my bank will be calling them to confirm I gave the food back. A few minutes later I see that I have a missed call from the restaurant. I called back to figure out who called me & they stated that they allowed the guy that sells movies out of their restaurant to call me because he had a question for me. That is unprofessional there's nothing he needs to call me about or have my number for. Also the lady should have never tried to snatch my purse asking for my debit card. Read moreThis place has gotten my money for the last time today. The woman they have upfront is the worst person they could have representing their restaurant. I eat here often and spend good money eating here. I don't like all that mess in my rice and usually just want onions and bean sprouts. Today I go in and ordered the fried wings and onion rice...I asked her to tell them to put enough onions in there, she immediately wants to charge me for extra onions, I told her no I don't want to pay for extra onions but I want onion rice. I noticed last few times of getting it there was barely any onions, well today was worse as if she did it on purpose. I wasted my money because I didn't eat it. I paid almost 12.00 for 3 wings because that's all I ate. I took pictures but don't know how to add them here. How the heck are you going to sell onion rice with 5 onions pieces in it....all that rice and no onions....ridiculous. Just straight money hungry but they have lost a customer in 2023. I made up my mind to no longer spend my hard earned money where I'm not appreciated...It's our money that keeps them rich. I never seen this type mess anywhere else. Most places usually add too much onions...I was so angry at myself because I said a month or so ago that I was not going back there. Their attitude stinks...

My son wanted a sweet and sour chicken with fried rice and added broccoli. He called this in as he's done a few times. After leaving I realized that his meal should not have been so much. I called Happy Dragon to ask how much his meal should be, they tell me $10.91.
I asked the person at Happy Dragon why was my son charged almost $18. She immediately raised her voice saying something about "he ordered separate broccoli and fried rice" and "this is what he ordered before" and some other stuff I could hardly understand. Apparently, they took advantage of my son, ringing it up as a whole order of fried rice and broccoli, instead of adding broccoli to his sweet and sour chicken.
This is the second time they've added an additional meal to an order. The first time they did it, I called them out for it and they issued a refund.
I think it's important to spend your money where it's appreciated and for the restaurant owner not to be disrespectful when you address a mistake...
