Hibachi & Wings — Restaurant in Panthersville

First I am going to say this is just my opinion and always try the food for yourself. Okay let me start by saying finding a hibachi that’s close was a great convince to know they was available. I got deliver and I ordered hibachi steak 15.99 and whole wings 8.99 and a small lemonade I think was 2.99. I ask in the notes that I like my steak medium please. Boom got the order looking at the food I dive in with the plain whole wings umm not a fan I was used to Chinese style whole wings this was just a different version and whole wing was a bit small not a negative but it was 8.99 for 5 whole wings. It was different as for as taste try it I say my tastebud may be different I will say I looked at my drink and I love homemade lemonade so I grabbed my drink took a long sip I love it then I was waiting on the ac part to hit my throat and I notice there was no ice I said shoot no problem just it was not cold still taste good but great if ice was added. My hibachi sitting I open it up beautiful big steak bites which means they cut the good part of beef it wasn’t that thin cut beef parts so that brings me to I gotta try it mannn was I blown away how the beef was excellent from the way it was moist wasn’t chewy it was exactly what I ask for medium done. I was close, and figured that I would get a quick bite. I walked in and it was the typical stop and grab, fast hibachi spot. Limited seating, dated, a little dingy. No worries, sometimes those are the best hidden gems... Not this time.

The guy behind the counter didn't say hello, he just started at me. I said hello, and he asked "what you want". I gave him my order, and he said "that's it?". I asked for a fountain drink, and instead of him telling me the machine was broken, he just pointed to the bottles of soda. After some back and forth, he finally says it's broken, don't press me.

I told him in no uncertain terms, that he could talk to someone else like trash, but it wouldn't be me, and I left.

I was left with the distinct impression that he runs a business in a community that he doesn't respect. He just wants your cash.
