GHETTO, period.
1st incident: as I was going inside, "top flight" security SMH told me I couldn't enter because I had a see-through shirt on (yes, I was wearing a bra). We had just came from the club. Crazy enough, I couldn't believe my eyes...a +250 lb woman walks OUT of Waffle House with booty shorts on and ALL her stuff was hanging out! I asked top flight, "really, seriously?!?!" He then said we could go in because he didn't have a leg to stand on. By then, I was way past insulted, just took my money elsewhere.
2nd incident: called on my way from hanging out to order. No answer. I called 5 times between my 20 mile drive. No answer. Maybe they're busy? Get there...NOT ONE PERSON is in there. The cook was there alone, sitting, texting on his phone! Wth?! I then told him that I've called continuously to place an order and his response was, "Oh, what you want?" SMH
3rd incident: came in to order. Only one table was occupied and ALL of the tables were dirty! Every single one of them. The employee explained she was there by herself but with only one table occupied...no time to get the others?
4th incident: called to place an order around 1130 AM and the lady placed me on hold. Not really hold, but just simply put the phone down. I heard all type of cursing, drama from the other employees talking mess about about another employee and it was crazy! The lady over the phone informed me with such attitude that chicken is considered a MAJOR MEAT and you're not allowed to make a call to order on that but come in person to order. News to me SMH.
Finally get there and I explain the attitude I encountered and ONLY the cook apologized and expressed that many times people order and don't show up. The person who was taking my order, didn't even look up when I said it. She didn't even speak on it. You get what you pay for, plain and simple.
Many times I've shown up, employees are in the back, talking loud and smoking....
Read moreI visited this place in October to purchase my mother some take out breakfast food. I had pre-ordered so my food should have been ready. When I got to the restaurant and asked the server, She looked and said get line over there. As I stand in line I'm seeing people come in get their food and leave. When I inquired about it, the server acted like she had no clue what I was talking about. Then got an attitude as I spoke to her and just turned around and didn't complete my order. The other server had to come over and finish my order.
The food turned out to be decent but with my experience of service, I can find somewhere else to take my money. There are many other waffle houses that have great food and outstanding service. This is what I'm used to at the waffle houses I've been to. This one is substandard to say the least when it comes to service. I know I'm not the only one who's been treated terribly here, because I've actually seen it before. This was my second time giving this place a try and definitely my last.

Read more1st time in my life coming to this location and it is my last. The WORST location in the world. I entered the door, got in line and the old lady tells me that the menu is next to the door. So I limp back over to the door and it's a partial menu which I have to remember what it is my family wants, not a problem. I limp back to the line and the young lady motions for the old lady to take my order I ask her can I get a lust of what I put in my hash browns, which she can't seem give. FYI: We haven't eaten at a Waffle House in 2 years and don't know the menu by hard, so when a customer ask you what additional toppings you have to add to their hash browns just provide the list, physically or verbally, which this old lady (middle age) can't seem to do. I WILL NEVER COME TO THIS LOCATION AGAIN BECAUSE THEY HAVE ASSUMPTIONS THAT THE CUSTOMER KNOWS THE MENU BY HARD. I DON'T AND HAVE NEVER WORKED AT WAFFLE HOUSE SO WHY WOULD I HAVE THAT INFORMATION.
