Tristan(hope I spelt it right) is a lifesaver! I had a last minute emergency where I needed a mini screwdriver to repair a router the night before I was going to check out and he had the exact one and size I needed and saved me and my team. Because of this, this hotel will always have my business when I am in the Tahlequah area. He really went above and beyond to help me out in a time of need. Now to the review: This hotel is spacious and modern. It was built in November of 2020 and all amenities are very nice. I really dig Hiltons new brand of hotels: Fire Pits, Foosball tables, a comfortable lobby. The rooms are nice and the bed is comfy. For those bringing a Chromecast or Firestick, there is easy access to the HDMI ports on the TV's. Lots of lighting in the rooms as well. A lot of Hiltons are very dark but not Tru! This hotel also has the best water pressure out of all the Hiltons I've stayed at. Really superb hotel. You won't go wrong staying at the Tru in Tahlequah. Thanks again! Tristan!

I recently explored the area around Tahlequah and enjoyed a night here. I booked the king business room. The guy at the front desk was very kind and helpful upon my check-in. When I entered the room, i felt it was just a little small but enough for one person. It was very clean and smelled great. I did notice it didn't have any closet to put my stuff, but it does offer hooks and hangers for you to hang your bags on. The decor is more of a trendy feel to it and very well put together. The colors go well together. The pillows and bed were very comfy, I slept great. The hotel is in an area next to a casino if you wanna go have a little fun or there is plenty to do around Tahlequah. Right next door is some good food options for you. Or you can go further and find other options to eat at. It was a nice relaxing time, and I felt safe the entire time. It's a good option to stay when you are in town.

It is hard for me to believe that this is a Hilton property. Front desk personnel on their cell phones while customers were waiting to check in or waiting for general help. Or, they aren't at the front desk for long periods of time. There is no buzzer or means to let anyone know that a customer is waiting. They are also unable to navigate the system for check in or for purchases creating long wait times.

I have stayed here for the last 3 months-4 days each month. On business-just need a place to sleep. I am not one to complain; but there have been several flags.

After working 12 hour days, had work to complete before the next morning and was unable to connect to wifi as I wasn't recognized as a guest. Front desk representative had no idea what to do and didn't escalate my request.

Request wake-up calls that never happen and the room is dirty. Several times cleaning up water accumulated on the bathroom floor after a shower- using a white face cloth-it's black! As are the soles of my feet even after a shower walking barefoot through the room.

I have been a Hilton Honors member for many years and remain so because of the caliber of the guest experience. This hotel is the worst guest experience I have ever had and will not be returning. The rooms are dirty, the Front Desk employees totally unengaged, rude and inexperienced. The breakfast a disappointment. Not doing this anymore. Not going back. Called Hilton Honors and they stated because of the venue, they could not intervene asking me that I work this with the Front Desk. The Front Desk and hotel management is the problem! Ridiculous!

I did contact the hotel today at the number provided in the response. Spoke to Shyla (sp?) and could not be more disappointed in the remedy identified. Why does Hilton allow the use of their name with such a poor facility? And, no means to engage with Hilton Honors to remedy. Could not be more surprised and...

When I walked through the door the lady at the front desk was on her cell phone, acting mad cause I walked in . Then I tell her my full plans wanting to check in early if possible, mind you when I called yesterday and made the reservation, was told it would be no problem if they had any open, nothing was said about any extra charges, but the rude lady at the desk says 75 for early check in. I pay the extra no problem. Bring my other son who's girlfriend is black, back to unload our things cause I'm taking them to an appointment to see my 1st grand baby's ultrasound. Now us walking through, she said everyone was looking at her funny and she felt uncomfortable. Apparently this place is very racist, cause by the time we made it to the second floor we opened the door and the room phone was ringing. The rude lady at the desk said we had a noise complaint and she needed all ID'S from the guest staying in the room. My son's that are staying with me are downstairs eating the breakfast, that I paid for. I walked back down got the boys and showed our id's again. My oldest son and his black girlfriend aren't staying with us but I was told if they so much as got in the elevator I would be made to leave, and told they would not give my money back I paid 287, to be treated this way in Tahlequah oklahoma. This place is ridiculous and the lady at the front desk telling me she takes the safety of the hotel serious hmmm is one black woman really your concern or was it a mom with 2 son's hmmm, my other son is Indian, surely it wasn't him. Needless to say I am at the appointment while my son's are there, yes I'm worried about them, and will not be spending the night a complete waste of money I'm glad I'm only a couple hours from home, but your receptionist and all the other people working there should be ashamed of theirselves it's...

Check in and out went well. Lobby is open and different than most, has lots of seating and 2 foosball tables. Front desk attendant, a young lady, was sometimes absent (outside smoking), young man attendant was however always there and friendly and helpful. |Was surprised to see a $40 damage deposit charged on my credit card. When I called about this I was told it would be refunded if there was no damage to our room. Wasn’t told about this beforehand.||Room was clean and somewhat smaller than the usual room however. We had a 2 queen bed room and there is not much space between the beds. No closet, just a space to hang your clothes. Had a small refrigerator like most rooms, no coffee maker in room.||Hallway needed to be vacuumed as it was dirty. We stayed 2 nights and it was not vacuumed while we were there. ||As is typical now with most hotels, you have to ask to have your room cleaned if you are staying more than 1 night. Make sure you ask for this when you check in or check for when you must notify them to schedule cleaning. We did pickup fresh towels for day 2 at the front desk. Bring your own charmin and puffs, their TP is one step above the daily newspaper and they don’t provide klennex.||Breakfast was standard free breakfast. Coffee is good.||Plenty of parking and hotel is within walking distance of the casino if your into that. Consider asking for a room on the back side of the hotel to eliminate some of the noise from the...
