Starbucks — Restaurant in Tahlequah

I come here every day maybe even twice a day for the past year, the workers are always the best, never had a bad experience until today. The manager or who ever he was was extremely rude, since I’ve been coming here I ask for strawberries (I pay for of course, it’s only right) for my 2 year old. I’ve never had trouble until today I asked very politely as well as explained I pay for them I’m not expecting them free. Once I got to the window to pay, I got the wrong drink handed to me from him, and well waiting for my cookie that I asked for saying he never put in it. But when read the order back it was correct. The guy told another worker who was clearly off her shift getting ready to walk out the door “oh you don’t have a headset on, make good choices” why would she need it if her shift is over! I’m sorry but I hate to leave bad reviews but that guy/ manager whoever was not having a good day. As a manager, talk to them separately and quite not loud and embarrass her! I come everyday and spend around $17-28. This morning I came through the drive thru the girl at the window is so stinking rude every single time. Not to mention once you hand them your card they make you hold the machine so you can add your tip and this girl in particular takes her sweet time making you hold your arm out of the window holding the machine. This morning she hands me my food and I guess my straws fell when she was handing it. She acted so mad and she let out a sigh rolled her eyes. Then didn’t even say anything about dropping the straws. I guess I was supposed to know that they were on the bottom of my food.. Why does she feel like she deserves my tip after she’s rude and acts so annoyed. Don’t accept my tip if you dropping my straws gets you so upset. Literally I try to avoid sb if she’s in the drive thru. If I spend $20 bucks a day which I usually spend more than that that’s $620 a month. That’s almost 8k a year. That does not include the tips. I think I’ll start spending my hard earned...

They do not pay attention to the stickers on the cup bc I payed for 2 extra shots yet again today and did not get them in my frap. I get same drink everyday from there...literally every single day, so I know what the drink looks and tastes and settles like when they are a normal frap or a frap with 6 pumps Carmel syrup plus 2 shots and extra caramel drizz. I know for a fact they did not get it right and it's been happening so much lately this is the 4th time within 2 months so I am done spending my money here. Not to mention that when I mention they messed up there is never any offer for a correction or anything.

Editing this review to say the assistant manager made it right for me and I have just been making sure to ask that they read the sticker on the cup. Seriously you have no idea the impact this drink has on my dailylife it's like the only thing I drag my rear out of bed for...
