I stayed here under FEMA for 3 months. First room had black mold COVERED the cieling on the second floor room 226 i was getting sick from it. after 2 months i finally got tired of constantly sneezing constant tiredness constant stuffed nose and went to the office and requested a room change. i was moved to 3rd floor room 327. this room stunk like MOLD, although you couldnt see it you could smell it and i was more sick than i was in the first room. peeople under me complained about my AUTISTIC 4 yr old kid being too loud and i was threaten to be trespessed after being there for literally 2.5 months. i asked to be moved to first floor . i got moved no issues other than one of the office people walked in my room twice while i was undressed. i was not aware my fema had ended and i was suppose to be checked out, went to the office spoke with JAVIER and was told to call the reservation line to extend my reservation which i did. i had another week of FEMA and had an EMAIL CONFIRMATION for this from the hotel. i left to the store and came back and was locked out of my room. i went to the office and let them know i was locked out and was told i needed to wait for the police to escort me to get my stuff. ultimately i was trespassed because of a conversation between my sister and javier and HER PAYMENT - that had NOTHING to do with me. i have never in my life dealt with such unprofessional management ever. code enforcement will be contacted and a lawsuit will be filed as this whole situation was unethical, unjust, immoral, and just outright wrong. even the police who trespassed me agreed. not only that, but he waited until he left the premises to do anything and had his employee do it and handle everything for him. and there were other people in the building who dealt with similar issue by javier.
this place is also disgusting with bedbugs, roaches, and black mold. wifi doesn't work unless youre on the first floor even if you pay for it. ashton was sweet, denise is sweet and lisa was nice, but javier?????????? rude, sassy and fruity as hell. i would advise staying away from this location. crackheads all over everywhere as well and police there at...
Read moreI advise AGAINST staying here at all costs. The place is NOT taken care of and the majority of the staff do not care and have a poor attitude.
The woman who checked me in seemed annoyed and wasn't sure they had a room ready (even though I was 4 hours later than the earliest check in time). Every interaction with her or other staff (with the exception of the man who checked me out) acted annoyed and burdened by my presence. One employee was sleeping at the desk the two times I passed her.
The hallways appear clean, but that is the extent of the cleanliness. Many areas of the room had a thick layer of dust (particularly the range hood) the floors felt greasy, there were no towels or soap. The range hood did not work, nor did the microwave, cable, and bathroom vent. The microwave didn't event have a plate in it anyway.
Because of the bathroom not ventilating, when showering, the steam caused the room to get moist and stay moist despite having the AC on and cracking open the window. The bed was actually wet because of it. I dealt with the other inconveniences, but checked out early once the bed still hadn't dried after over 24 hours.
The elevators are not up to code with the license having expired 2.5 years prior (8.2021). and the tracks were not cleaned as there was gunk built up. The outside lighting is very dark. The Name of the Hotel isn't even lit up and the driveway into the parking lot has no lights whatsoever. All of which are safety issues.
People crowd around the front door and smoke so you have to walk through then and the smoke to get in and I witnessed multiple drug deals happen in the parking lot.
While the following is not the hotel's fault, it should be noted that the noise level outside is horrendous because of the 408 being right next to it and people racing up and down it through the night.
If you can find another place to stay, please do. Hopefully, for the sake of the people there with no other option, this company does something about this location and at least gets...
Read moreThis hotel has unfortunately been a very inconvenient experience for me throughout a whole month. For this outrageous prices along with side costs on daily utilities/necessities for extended stays, you might as well consider an AIRB&B if you actually think its reasonable to chose quality of life over misery for an evident amount of time. Literally around the same price range, if not better. Our room was very dirty from day one. the roach infestation was hideous. bugs crawling out of bed frame and furniture after I sprayed the room with lysol. roaches crawling in the roof at night, the walls, roaches jumping out off the refrigerator. yet that has been manageable. Not only is there People yelling in their rooms and hallways; drug smells in the hallways (other than weed) the elevator that goes out of service every day at least once...drug smells in stairways that I have no choice in using because the elevator goes out of service every d** day while I reside on the 4th floor. Every day something else stops working in my room. A.C leaking toxic fumes and having to relocate guest rooms. Toilet stops flushing? Bathroom vent is not circulating. Refrigerator stops working seconds after I spent money on groceries...Dont worry all they can offer is taking you to another room that might be 3 times worse.. or wait: "There are now rooms available for transfer right now" it is the worst hotel I've ever stayed at. I feel sorry for the daily staff; a familiar 2-3 faces. They truly try their best but there's only so much they can do when this corporation does not provide them with the tools or staff to keep up with all guests/residents... Ive had to contact them so many times because of constant issues and they are always responsive. I appreciate that. But all these problems with just my room... I can't imagine what it's like for them for every single guest concerns... shame on this management. Please save yourself the money and stay...
