I have been a long time client of mattress firm (16 years) and today I finally bought the bed of my dreams through them! Alex was such a great help and I look forward to my new bed delivery! Edit** The mattress is amazing and thanks to David I get to add 2 new tempurpedic cooling pillows! The prices were moderate but the financing was easy and David was very patient and attentive to my comfort needs. Thanks again, from your life long client! **UPDATE After ordering my pillows I was told they would be ready for pick up on the 13th, I go to the store for pickup and was told they are delayed until the 20th, I arrived at the store on the 20th and was told they are delayed again due to stock issues with the warehouse and they will be sent directly to my house on the 24th. Called to get an update on the 24th and was told they have no idea when the issue will be resolved and when I can receive my TWO pillows.($300) I was offered floor models at a discount and was offended that the solution offered was to PURCHASE models that were sampled by other customers when I have been patient in receiving my original order. I politely asked to just issues a refund and cancel the shipment and I was told "I'll take care of it", then was hung up on. I have been a customer for 16 years with Mattress firm and it was ruined in 2 weeks over pillows because not only was there mass confusion between sales associates over stock issues, but my options were to wait for a mystery date or BUY more USED products. Edit 8/9/2022 This is getting WORSE. I need to make a warranty claim and the website won't look up my order despite the fact that I have the reciept in hand with the correct info. Then I call call the store for help and the employees refer me to the customer service number, the number refers me back to the website and then I'm referred back to the store! While they couldn't discount the mattress that I bought (they had the ad on the wrong bed) "make the sale" they offered a concession of free delivery ($150) and discounted the bed frame ($150). They had a doorbuster, which allowed you to choose a free gift up to $300 with your mattress purchase (I got a pillow for $219). However, when I contacted the sales associate three weeks later to show that the exact same mattress and frame that I have is on sale with the vendor (as part of the 120 day price match guarantee), I was told that I received $600 in "savings" (including the free delivery), so they refunded me $100 (the vendor's savings was $700 - $200 on the mattress and $500 on the frame). But when I said that the vendor is also offering free white glove delivery, I was told I can't count that... what? So it counts on your end, but not when it's offered through the competitor? I'd called the day before and explained the situation to the sales associate that answered the phone and he said the manager was going to call me back because he was was sure we could work this out. She didn't, so I went to the store - only leave frustrated from the whole experience. I still need to purchase another mattress set, but I will not patronize this location again.
My advice to anyone choosing to purchase here, "free gifts" and "free delivery" counts as "savings" to offset any lower price that you may find from a competitor. Please be clear with your sales associate/store manager because they will not honor black and white and price match...

She asked us what we were looking for and was able to point out everything within our price range and style of mattress we were thinking of. She was very helpful and we were able to make a clear and sound decision with her assistance. When we got home I stated to double check the paperwork and realized that the platform that is supposed to come with the mattress, (for the labor day sale) was not on the receipt. We spoke about it with her while in the store and she tried to up sell us on another one. We said no, the other one is fine. When I called her today to let her know the platform was not on the receipt she said well you did not ask for the platform we can't just put it on every receipt. She said she would add it to the ticket and then call me when she's able to actually order it, there would be an additional charge and it would be delivered a separate day. No apology, she blamed the entire situation on us, and made us regret the entire purchase. We called the back today and just canceled the purchase. It is very frustrating being treated like you did something wrong when it was their error, the customer service was very lacking in that department. We only buy our mattresses through Mattress Firm and have for 20 years. This is not a location I would recommend based on...
