My son (16) has gone to this location several times. The first time he went in with an inspiration photo and the lady did an excellent job. He walked out feeling confident and looked very nice. The next three times the different stylists saw the previous pictures and notes and did an excellent job. Yesterday I dropped him off and Rebekah butchered his hair. She claimed she couldn't find the notes, and did her own style even after seeing the inspirational photo and previous hair cut picture. When I came in to pay I asked if that's what he wanted because it looked different. She overheard me and was furious. She wanted to know what was wrong with it. I showed her the previous styles and said it looked nothing like that. She raised her voice at me. She said I should have been in there to watch my sixteen year old. She said nobody could have figured out what he wanted from the photos. She kept on and on attacking him and me. She said she'd fix it. It took everything in me to remain calm. She "fixed it" and it looked even worse. He left there humiliated and feeling degraded. He told me in the car that he had spoken up the times and she did what she wanted anyway. On google it says this place closes at 6:00pm on Sundays so I scheduled a cut and it said to arrive at 4:44 so I showed up a couple minutes before then and I was met with “Sorry we close at 5” to which I replied “I had an online check in” The same hairdresser that acknowledged me was the one that cut my hair. To say the least I can tell she was pretty pissed that I was sitting in her chair. I asked for a little trim and thinning out of my hair because I like having length. She proceeds to pull out an 8 guard clipper and dang near buzzes all of my sides and the back of my head. Not to mention the back of my head is so uneven she gave me a mushroom head 2 days before my birthday. I told her when she started destroying my hair that “this is not what I asked for” to which she replied “Awh I’m sorry baby” and then continues to take all my hair off 😂😂😂 The only reason I tipped her because it’s the holidays and I also work in customer service. If it weren’t for that I would’ve asked her to pay me. Now I have to go spend more money to get my hair fixed. My hairdresser’s name was Brandy. Beware, she holds grudges. My experience was the same as many who have posted reviews. Estimated 70 minute wait. I needed a haircut. So, I stuck it out. Checked in online. Got there much earlier than my estimated arrival time. After a long wait, I made it to being next in line or on deck. Lori looked at the wait list, told the guy below me on the list to come on back and assured me I would now be next. The only other person working was washing a guys hair for the mvp package. 20 minutes later I was brought back. After my haircut I asked if it was customary to skip people on the list and was assured that they go straight off the list. I explained that I was skipped. Lori said the reason she skipped me was that the other guy requested her. I had requested first available, was next in line, and she was the first available. Lori said that if she had cut my hair, the next guy would have had to wait. One of us had to wait. I was next in line and don’t understand why it was ok for me to be expected to wait. Don’t go here.
