moved into the rv portion, they asked me what spot i wanted then proceeds to tell me i can’t have said spot, like why even ask?? but i’m mainly writing this because on my first month i was told rent was 545, i paid it, stayed for the month, ect, my next payment was due on the 10th and that’s when they decided to inform me it was now raised to 600. not a week before, not a few days before. but on the exact day rent is due. a heads up notice before hand would of been nice lol! thankfully i had the 55 dollars to cover their last minute “price change”… not to mention the guy from the front office was basically harassing me. he called me at least 5-10 times and came down to my camper 3 times to collect rent when it was owed THAT day. basically treating me like i was a week late. when the payment was due THAT DAY. i then told him i was coming to the front office to pay and he sat there outside my rv and waited on me. i do not like being rushed or treated like a pheasant when i was not late on my payment. bad place, bad internet, bad service, bad...

Love this place!!! It's cozy and quaint, most of the time it was quiet. Our room #117 was spacious with a comfy bed, a microwave & a mini refrigerator that worked really well, along with the air conditioner there that would freeze you out. It was nice. They have a laundry room to wash clothes too, that was really convenient. The 2 machines and 2 dryers work really well. 2 places for folding your clothes. You can usually get the quarters you'll need for the machines thru Sam in the office. We enjoyed ourselves while we stayed here. Conveniently located a couple of businesses from F.M. 2100 on hwy 90 frontage Rd by Gulf Pump Rd. Sam is really accommodating, as well as friendly. The maids seem really nice and very accommodating as well. The price was awesome for a week. Everything was very clean. Lots of space to park. I'd recommend this place to everyone I know. 5 stars, if I could give you all 10 I would. I like the people I love this place. The only 2 drawbacks are no breakfast & no pool. This is my 2nd stay at this hotel. The rooms are not that bad. I like the fact that there is tile on the floors instead of carpet. It should make for easier, more sanitary cleaning. There lies the problem. With both of my stays, the floors were not clean. The 1st visit, I mentioned it to management and he said that they would send someone the next day to clean it. No one showed to mop. This last stay, I mentioned to management and got the same response. I told him that I was going to mop it myself, but I thought they he would like to know that his staff was neglecting the floors. He was upset with me for telling him. I told him that his guests deserved to have clean floors for their money. Again, he said that he would send someone the next morning to clean the floor. I had already mopped...twice.
