This is the starbucks that broke me from ever going to starbucks for myself again. At one point I visited daily and when this one first opened I was excited because I lived in Crosby at the time and didn't have to go to Baytown anymore. It was new and clean and I placed my order, I always ordered the Grande Mocha Peppermint Frappuccino and I gave my order to at least 4 different people. I don't know what was going on with that and why one person couldn't take my order but you would think after giving it that many times the order would be correct. It was not a Frappuccino, it was a peppermint hot coffee so I tried explaining to the young pregnant lady at the counter that my order was incorrect when she completely lost her composure and screamed at me saying she heard me place my order and what she gave me was what I ordered. I was so shocked I didn't even know what to say and while I know it was just a bad day at a bad time for a young pregnant lady who looked like she was going to deliver at any moment I will still never forget how I was treated at this starbucks location and I will never be back for their over priced coffee if they are going to let their employees treat people that way. The store was packed and when she started (literally) screaming at me because she heard my order wrong (which time did she hear it wrong, the 1st or the 4th time?) everyone just stopped and stared at me. Its been a long time since that happened and I will never ever go back again, not after being treated like that in front of all those people. You should never have an employee start screaming at you right off the bat when you try to politely explain something is wrong and while it has been a long time since this happened this place deserves the bad review for the way they let their employee treat me. Whomever was in charge should have stepped up once she started screaming and at least tried to make it right, instead I was to young and dumb to scream right back at her, I let the embarrassment of being screamed at take over and I just left with my wrong drink, but whomever was in charge should have stepped up and made it right without me having to make a complaint after a scene that large was made by their employee. To this day I am upset with the way I was treated and upset that I let starbucks walk all over me like that and take my money for something I didn't want, never again and if they catch an attitude with you just remember its not the first time they have don't this to their customers at this location. Read moreThis was the worst starbucks I went to through the drive-thru. The young lady at the drive-thru must've been having a bad day. She asked for my order 2 times however when I got to the window she hands me my coffee all wrong. The employees need to understand we are paying about $4 for a cup of coffee, the least they can do is make sure the order is correct. I asked for a tall red eye, with half and half, and 4 Splendas. She aske me this twice. She hands me a coffee with the cup completely dirty from spilling the coffee, it had no half half in it I immediately handed it back saging there was no half and half. She said "oh you wanted half and half" she asked me the order twice. Right there she had an attitude so when she hands me back my coffee, the cup was even dirtier from the spillage, the coffee was SUPER cold from her adding the half and half and at this point bcuz she most likely just poured out the coffee to add the cream my coffee stayed unsweetened. Read moreI’m disappointed. I went in to grab my usual Dragon Drink only to to notice that the drink not only tasted funny, but the milk wasn’t blending. I get the same drink every morning and I know for a FACT it never looks like this. I called and the manager told me to say her name and they’ll remake it so I went back and the lady there was giving me an attitude about how they can’t take the drink back. I was like ummm ok so you want me to take the spoiled drink y’all gave me? Because this is trash? I left it in the counter. Anywho, I told her the reason being only to get the SAME SPOILED MILK ON MY 2nd Drink. At this point I just left. What’s the point of calling and have the remake it if they are NOT going to change the drink. Then they want to catch an attitude because they can’t throw away their own trash drinks.
