First time I went, no one acknowledged me at the drive-thru speaker (I was actually confused, figured it was broken? But there was no sign saying it was broken) so I pulled up to the window to order my lil donut holes. Lady had a passive aggressive tone with me when dealing with me. I let it go. I went a second time on a different morning. A different lady took my order at the drive-thru speaker (so it did work lol). I only ordered a dozen glazed donuts, and 1 bag of a dozen donut holes. I've visited this place twice during my visit home andvthe drive through service was horrible. The older Mexican lady wad very rude and made the whole experience horrible. We waited in line for 10 minutes to find out there were no hot donuts no problem we understand. The problem is this the 2nd visit in a 2 week timeframe same old lady. She's does the Spanish thing to avoid having an English conversation on an order I'm spending my money on and keeping her a job.
