Taco Bell — Restaurant in Texas

It wasn't this last visit there but on one of my prior visits we had gone to get chicken from Kentucky Fried Chicken since there is 2 in 1restaraunt. Taco Bell and KFC all in one place. Any way we ordered and we ended up sitting there for about an hour and twenty minutes. They gave us a free drink while we waited. The machine for the original chicken was like so all they was serving was spicy chicken so not only did we wait for ever we didn't get what we wanted in the first place. As we were waiting they had a couple in the dining area having problems and it got a little ugly between them and they had a newborn and a 3 or 4 year old little girl with them. I feel sorry for the children having to grow up in that kind of environment. Sad. It was fairly clean in dining area but the employees was not seeing eye to eye apparently. There is MOLD/MILDEW ALL OVER THE CEILING WHERE YOU ORDER/WHERE YOUR FOOD IS MADE/WHERE YOU MAKE YOUR DRINKS!! There are major leaks in the ceiling as well. You can be the only person in here, you will still wait over 10 min for your food- it will be wrong no matter what. Let me elaborate. If you order a T8 ( regular crunchy tacos) you will get Doritos ranch tacos. If you order a taco supreme it will be a plain taco. Or they will leave something out of your order completely. If you order 12 tacos and a nachos- you won't get your nachos. When you go back to the counter to get this corrected- staff will be very argumentative about it, like it's not their fault but yours. Every time we come it's dirty, even if the store is empty. The tables are always dirty and the bathrooms smell like sewer...

Walking into the store to place an order with dietary restrictions that you can't customize on the self serve order kiosk, expecting one of the three females to assist Mr. No. They all three ignored me, even after they all made eye contact with me. One asked for my order name, which I told her I needed to order. Ignored what I said, proceeding to assist drive thru. I asked do y'all not take orders anymore to be ignored. Once again, same employee asked for my order name. I said I need to place it due to dietary restrictions, and she pointed to the kiosk, saying they can't take orders as both registers were off. I said really? Wow! Horrible customer service. I mean terrible. I tried calling corporate, but they are closed at 3 p.m. cst.
