Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Texas

1st of all. I am a very understanding person....I know that fast food establishments DO GET BUSY, especially during after school/after work hours (3pm-6pm-ish)...

However, when one goes into an establishment, and they are the ONLY customers there, and the staff behind the counter are showing clear signs that they haven't been busy in quite a minute, and you take a Glance around and can clearly see that EVERY table is dirty, the entire floor is dirty, and the restrooms are definitely not up to par, as well....it then becomes tirelessly disappointing that the staff on duty showed no interest in stepping from behind the counter to straighten up the dining area....not even a little bit.

On top of the mere fact that the establishment was dirty, the owner really needs to address the fact that there are several leaks throughout the entire facility, from the roof....causing wet puddles all over the place...this actually is very concerning for both patrons and the staff there, as well.

I know that with very little effort that the folks could easily whip this establishment back into shape. Come on, y'all!! I know the pay probably bites, and your hours probably suck too, but regardless , try harder, individually, to take a little bit of pride in YOUR job...I promise, if each one of you start showing more effort, y'all's reviews will be better , you will feel better about your work ethics, and could open your door to bigger opportunities.

I am hopeful that y'all can turn this around . ...

Worst experience I have EVER had at any Fast Food restaurant!!!! Not only did it take them five minutes to even acknowledge us when they did they were extremely unprofessional and rude!!! Sandra cussed me and Britainie jumped in to add to the drama! We were expressing to them that we were looked at and still no service... and then immediately the rude behavior began! Please WATCH THE CAMERAS On the date of 6/6/2019!!! Watch these rude lazy kids! They clearly don’t care about their job or how they make Jack In The Box corporation look!!! I will never return and yes I will let everyone know! Crosby Jack in the Box should do back ground checks and full evaluations before hiring and letting them to be alone? No manager to watch them really!

And if you read all the reviews this is Normal apparently! Literally to the point they have to tell their co workers to go write a False review saying “Great friendly service!!!” 😂😂😂👌🏼 Please we Alllll know that there’s Absolutely nothing Friendly or Great about THIS POOR LOCATION... and now I know why they shut down the Jack in the Boxes around here! This one is next I wouldn’t...

UPDATE:So as you can see in the comments jack in the box left a comment, right!… well I’ve tried to do the whole complain off the website but it doesn’t let me submit it . Has anyone else that Jack in the box has reached out to on these comments tried to go to the website and do a complaint ? And if so have you been able to submit it ?

This jack is the only one in my town, it’s supposed to be open 24/7 but for some reason past 10ish or so their system is always down right! Well last night they finally lost me as a costumer. I went and order a grilled chicken salad(among other things including a five piece nugget that was missing)and it was the most disappointing purchase ever! The salad was just giving, the lettuce was damn near white, no cherry tomatoes, no bacon bites, no carrots, the cheese smelled funny, three funny looking cucumbers, and to top it all off cold piece of chicken! They even make park by the door to get my order, just...
