Red Crown Inn — Hotel in Dallas

Our Room smelled of Smoke, Bugs on The Floor, Rust in Microwave, No glass plate in microwave. I bought a bag of ice because I knew once we got back from our event over throughout the night we would be thirsty, It melted & flooded the floor. But on The Other Hand, The attendant, was very helpful. The knob, in the shower was loose. He didn't hesitate to come show us how to properly turn the shower on. I purchased a smoking odor air freshener & some candles & it was fine, once the room cooled down later on in the night we all slept like babies. We had a long trip & did a lot of walking at our event. We almost overslept this morning. Just a Bit more Housekeeping, would...

The cleaning ladies do what they can but this is a run down hotel that has stains on almost all of there cheap mattresses. No complimentary breakfast or a business center. The owner and his wife are very rude to there customers. They have treated alot of people I know including myself like we are not welcome there but that's of course after they got my non refundable $75 payment...

My room 205 I got it came upstairs sat around turned on the TV 2 friends dropped me off after a long work day we spent a couple hours chatting then they left I was getting ready for bed..I used to work at The Holiday Inn Express in Royse City as a housekeeper, this establishment is DEFINITELY NOT IHG BRAND STANDARDS..THE PICTURES speak for themselves if it's not clean...
