They was very nasty people that in the office would look at you like your trash and they are better than. Once in the room your shoes would stick to the floor it was so dirty and sticky. The smell was horrible and the showers had soap scum along with black I don't know if it was mold or just Filth. On ce I got it mopped after buying my own cleaning products because the maids never cleaned our room or brought clean towels after a week. You had to go to the office to get your toilet paper. Not to mention the microwave that they have in the office was so nasty that if you did use it you would no longer want to eat cause the smell would make you sick. There was a smell that reeked of spoiled milk once I pushed the bed away from the wall there was so much trash along with a baby bottle that had the milk in it . It was gross. After a day or two staying there I got headaches that would not go away. My husband got a cough that's horrible. There is black mold all around the windows. Once we saw that we had to go. It was literally making us sick. I'm getting a lawyer on Monday. This is awful. They need code compliance to make a visit and they will be notified. And the homeless people out on the steps doing drugs. I could not believe it. It is not a place you want a child to be. They have a pool but only allow there family to use . This place should be closed down and tore down. Like I said I'm getting a lawyer the black mold is terrible...

Paint wasn't dry on one of my rooms wall. The other wall had missing paint. My bathroom door didn't shut. The sink faucet wiggled to where I could just push it off. My shower head was leaking hot water, which fogged up my mirror. Bed bugs. The Ac unit was falling off the wall. It was rigged together. Couldn't see the buttons for the temperature, or on/off. No remote for the no cable tv in my room. I could look over, and see bugs on the wall. Dead bolts are taken out of every room, so the maids can walk in at anytime. The maids leave your door open usually so you know you need to leave, and once shut back, they open it right back up to let it be known your time is up. (Time to leave). Phones are VERY dirty. Many women trying to hustle you, and men selling their merchandise. Not a place for children. Prices can be picky. The office doesn't mess around about prices, and the security will say something to the office once he sees something he can tattle tale on. Dents are in my door. Multiple arguments heard over night. Please, do not give this place any business. It needs to be shut down. The rooms are revolting, with a foul smell and very unsanitary, but that is not what really concerns me. The management and people who work the front desk here are the most disrespectful, impolite, and crude people I have ever come in contact with. One of the night managers ( his name is Sunny) barged into my room at midnight yelling profanities at me and told me I needed to leave the property. This is all because I had a guest come to my room for not even 5 min. I was very polite to him and tried to reason with him for a good 30 min. He was completely biligarent and proceeded to kick me out of my room that I had already paid for, and would not give me any of my money back. I am a 27 year old female, by myself, bawling crying, out $60 with no place to stay for the night at 12:30am. I have never in my life encountered such an obscene, abusive, and vulgar human being.
